If you wanna live with an INFESTATION OF ROACHES by all means move here. If you want to want to deal with maintenance coming into your house without your permission, by all means move here. You wanna walk down the hallway with carpets that look like they never been changed since the day the building was built, with horrific and indescribable odor, then by all means move here. Have to deal with the landlord being rude and not trying to really handle any problem you have. To be told to "Deal with it because they have to cause they live here too and they deal with it", Go ahead and move here. The only real benefit to moving here is the fact that everything is included. But is it really worth it when every day your killing roaches. I cant cook a decent meal in this apartment because the roaches come out like they about to get a plate. Save yourself the head ache. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS!!
Just moved in so give me time to update
I lived there for years and was illegally evicted and my family and I have been through hell sinces being booted to the street . Samria the owner said "idk if you have to stand on the side walk you will leave my building." I would continue with this but it's still and on going issue.

Oh, my. The pictures are a lie. Vandalism everywhere. Hallways smell like toilets. Beer caps everywhere. If this place is HUD or section 8. I need to know where to complain and shut it down.
I happen to live here and there has been no trouble. The place has a bad reputation but I can't tell it yet. Utilities are included in the price of the rent and the place is so lit up at night and I believe it is safe here. Spacious rooms. Everyone has been very nice to us.

All utilities included. Not as bad as some apartment complexes in town, although it could use a remodel and all new windows, they do regularly vacuum and mop the hallways and stairwells.
Horrible conditions of apartments and a dangerous place to live due to shootings. This is low income apartments that are dirty and need renovated. I used to be a service provider in the Social Work field and I was always concerned for my safety in this area. I have been to many areas in the Evansville area and this is one of the worst besides Linwood area. A suggestion would be for the company that owns it to do renovations and install security cameras. Maybe even security to scour the area from time to time. I do not recommend this area, low income or not, it is not worth your life being a concern. Unfortunately, a lot of family's are destitute and settle for this area. There needs to be more preventive community policing in this area. I worry for anyone's life that enters this area. It is best to stay away and find somewhere else to live. The hallways have many blindspots and it is easy for someone to sneak up on you. I have not had good experiences with the residents in this area. I have seen drug deals go down and people beaten. This is your warning to stay away from this area. Take pepper spray with you if you dare go there!
I always have an extraordinary adventure when visiting this place. It never sleeps & there lots of live entertainment the good, Bad and ugly! The people who live here are awesome and if you get to know them you will learn a lot about what real struggle and real life problems are and how to survive one moment at a time!!!
