I’ve never been to such a horrible usps in my life, Every time I come here it’s absolute horrible service, the big white lady I think he names cathy always has attitude, the service is horrendous there is no customer service! she always has a problem and a complaint even though nothings wrong with the package. Just go out of your way to somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation.
i think we all know who i am about to talk about. i’ve read through most of these reviews, which go back to 2-3 years complaining about cathy. my experience with her was like many describe, she was unnecessarily rude. so rude that this is my first ever google review! though i do not hope that they fire her, but i do hope management at least talks to her or makes her take customer service classes! it says a lot when over 20 reviews are about your attitude. and to the previous review that mentions “just be prepared for her”, no! no customer should come into a business “preparing” to be treated horribly & how to avoid it. most of these people have done nothing to deserve that. let’s not dismiss people’s flaws that could be easily fixed, thank you!
I think I caught Cathy on a good day! Got in and out of here with no issues. I bought and printed my label ahead of time to avoid spending more time there than I had to so I recommend doing the same. But don't be scared of Cathy, just come prepared!
Cathy is a NIGHTMARE every time I see her I just cringe. She makes everything difficult truly for no reason. It’s like she enjoys to frustrate people??? I laughed today bc she made me rip an existing label off, only to put the new label on the OTHER side of the box. She could’ve simply put the new label, on top of the old label, like everyone else in the universe does… but she had to be difficult!
Kathy working at this post office needs to retire or go somewhere else without people. She is the rudest and nastiest person and has gotten worse over the years if that’s even possible. Glad I rarely have to go to the post office but I would rather drive anywhere, but there because of her. She shoved the box I was trying to ship back at me like it was a piece of trash. Then try to be condescending with her nasty attitude. Completely uncalled for. She is such a miserable person for so many years.
Kathy has the worst customer service skills ever. Just from the very sight of me, she was immediately rude and condescending. USPS needs to give her an Unconscious Bias class because it was obvious why she was disgusting towards me. I will never attend this USPS again.
Lost my mail with no care. The lady at the front is super rude and no care in the world.... just lazy!
As I am going through the comments, I have noticed the same lady, Cathy, has been disrespectful and rude for several years now. So, this is all on management not fixing the problem. Every time I come in she has something unpleasant to say. First, it was the weight of the boxes, then it was the label being on the seem. After I adjusted my packaging method, thinking it was me, I went back to drop off two large boxes. As I am dreading going in there, thinking she can’t possibly say anything bad about my packages… The first thing she said was that I should be putting my large boxes in a bag so they won’t get drizzled on because they won’t take them if they’re wet. Meanwhile these boxes were “large” and had only a few droplets of water on them… she took them anyway as though she was doing me a favor. I just recently asked her if she could simply write fragile on a package and I was told ‘you can do it’. Obviously, I could do it, however I am asking you to do because I clearly don’t have a marker or a fragile stamp. It seemed as though I asked her to complete this huge, time consuming thing and she picked out the tiniest spot to write it. I am sick and tired of being told everything ‘wrong’ with what I am doing. I have been to other USPS stores and they are all so welcoming. They don’t say anything about my packages but instead we have a nice conversation. This lady clearly wants to be rude and chooses to disrespect people. If she continues with this repulsive behavior USPS is going to pay the price. I do a lot of shipping and this is not what I want to face every time I drop packages off. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.
The absolute nastiest representative is named Cathy and should be let go. I’ve come here various times and each time has a rude attitude unprovoked. When will people stop working customer service jobs when they clearly hate people.
Honestly, the white women in the front, curly hair. I don't know why she has so many negative review. She's SO nice, I don't know if she had a personality people don't understand or what? But I always have great service whether if it's the man or woman at the front.
