Terrible customer service. As a native business owner I used my community bank and has been nothing but a nightmare. WNB refuses to transfer my funds from business to personal and said I would need to be in person to do so. If I work full time and the bank is closed the time I get off work it is inaccessible I spoke with the rude women working the phones who should take a course in customer service and Paul who lied and said he would transfer me to his manager but instead put me on a never ending wait line. Terrible way to do business considering it’s untrustworthy and it’s people’s livelihood. WNB service agents love telling people no rather than be any actual help. Would give it 0 stars if I could check other banks before banking here. The only other manager who would help out is unreachable and voicemail is filled so she’s unable to help.
Grat customer service and good rates
I don't bank here, I just get quarters for laundry, but I have done so every couple weeks for over a year and they've always been great. They gave me quarters during the coin shortage, no questions asked, when the Chase across the street wouldn't, and they even started recognizing me after a few months. I would recommend going earlier in the day though, in the late afternoon there is sometimes a long line that stretches out of the building.
I love their Customer Service, Communication, and All their other Services. The Most Respected Person that Works There Is Jessica So Go to Jessica Everytime You Go There
I run a small business which has banked with Woodlands for many years. They have always been very helpful and supportive. The staff at the Minneapolis branch is always very friendly.
They are always helpful, respectful and get things done in a timely fashion.
Very professional site. The male person who I talked to was very understanding and easy to deal with.
Great customer service and I love the friendly atmosphere.
I do my company banking with Woodlands and they’ve been great to work with!
