Since we have no stack food on our fridge and some of our food container was empty I decided to come here yesterday. There are lot of empty spaces in parking lot so I easily park my car. When I went down at my car I can see that there are lot of dirt on their parking. I enter at their store and there are only few costumers inside since it was morning. They have lot of section where there are different kinds of products in every inventory. Some of their inventory was not organize and it was empty. When I went to other section I can see that there are some staff filling the empty inventory and organizing the messy products. I grab one cart and started grabbing and purchasing the food that I need. I’m glad that I bought everything I need. I went to the counter and paid it. I only gave 4 stars rating to this place since I don’t like the dirt on their parking. They should clean it!
Largest selection of food you can find. The only down side aside from needing to know the map of the store to shop effectively, is that produce for the curb side pickup tends to be not the quality of individual items i would pick for myself if shopping in store. Other than that, it is the best grocery experience in the area. They even have eggs and milk near the front of the store by the baked goods area for the quick pickup of essentials!
It was good, very large. In fact the variety and selection was much better than any grocery store around here. However, if you have shopped around, you would see that the prices are very high, compared to other supermarkets around here. I only got two small items and then went to Sam's club and Elgin Fresh Market.
Have shopped here many times and love the international selection in ingredients! But after today I will no longer ever return! Cashier at self checkout profiled me so much she walked over to me and asked what was the issue even though she was never prompted to my lane and there was no issue but yet she walked over four times and even decided to wipe my asile as I checked out. That behavior was not repeated with any other customers not even the ones who’s lane was actually blinking red for her to actually help. And her approach was even aggressive and rude. Never again will I spend money here.
We love using their in store grocery pickup. Despite being a huge place, they sometimes have too many substitutions on products. They're timely and employees seem to have a good attitude.
I absolutely love shopping at Woodman's. They have been doing some renovations and the store looks amazing. If you want to shop at a grocery store where there aren't pallets of unstocked products, this is the place to come.
Tried to get gas at this place not once but twice and was told at the pump unknown card sale canceled. There was money in my bank account and my credit card was not maxed out. 2 different pumps still denied. Will not shop here ever again. Still has the best price in town for gas but I guess be paying more because apparently my money isn't good enough for you. Bye Felicia!!!
Maybe this is the type of store you get better at shopping at after many times going, but it's almost TOO big...sooooo many options and takes a long time to get through. In some regards they've got an enormous selection I.e. bread department, dairy department, meat department is huge in other areas I couldn't find almond butter...only peanut butter ... and the fact that it's a Discover credit card, cash and debit only store...really makes it less convenient to shop at meaning it would require someone like myself to have cash or dig out my checkbook to shop since I don't have a Discover card Anyway, it's a big store with a lot of options -but not a quick stop...reminds me of how Costco used to be by only accepting AmEx before they switched to Visa/MC
Great grocery store wonderful savings. If had one wish it Would Be that we could get One in Carpentersville Because it serves to all nationalities and has products that our Local Walmart Does not Carry.
I'm an instacart shopper and love to shop here as a shopper. The employees are very educated in the store and knows where everything is and they also have an app for you to let you know what I'll everything is in as well.
