Good price very friendly helpful staff! I have only had a storage unit here about a year but any time I need help I can ask for help and they are always willing to help. My payment card expired and they emailed me so I didn't lose all my belongings. A great part of town easy to get in and out.

I was a bit skeptical after reading the other bad reviews, but moved in due to price, location and availability. BIG mistake. The manager and his wife are very rude, they change policy after you sign up, and they actually evicted me, here's why...They imposed a "no dogs policy shortly after I signed up, upon trying to enter via code entry, the manager came out and told me they imposed a no dog policy and I could not enter. I explained he is with me 24/7, works with me and is with me for emotional support purposes and that he sits or lays quietly in the seat and will not exit, or need to exit the vehicle as I am always in and out in short manner. He still said no dogs and would not allow me to enter the unit with employee in tow behind me with his truck also. I had moved a lot in and decided to inconveniently drop him by the house for a few before going in, but because I questioned the manager about a double standard as his dogs run on property, they send me notice to evict. Rent was paid up, few visits and they will evict you if they don't like you basically. The more I think about it, it's a silly rule when the dog never leaves vehicle and by their definition, cats, llamas, pigs, etc are allowed. Just no sleeping dogs lying in the seat. I moved to extra space and they welcome dogs and said he is free to get out if I ever needed or wanted.

7-7pm hours? Not quite. My parents were just taking a few things out and found that the management had left early and locked them in. They had to call the police and fire department to get them out, but were stuck inside the fence for about two hours. What if they'd had a medical emergency, or even needed to use a restroom?

One of the more reasonable priced locations and the only real complaint is the angle of some of the drives and that the hours for summer should be extended.

These units have been around for years, they still look and feel new. Easy to get in and out.

Lots of room, usually has spots available. Friendly office staff.

Close to home, price is right, staff very friendly and helpful.
