I ordered the deluxe "Basket of Gladness" and they came out more beautiful than I expected! It was for a sympathetic gesture to my best friend's Mom for losing her Mom and she absolutely loved them! If someone's favorite color is purple, pink or lavender, these are the perfect flowers!! I also live pretty far, so delivery and ordering was made easy online. Thank you Woods Flowers!!!!
I live across the country and searched for a florist who was located in Temple not a national chain that simply advertises they deliver in Temple because I wanted to support a local business. I am glad I found Woods Flowers! They were very friendly and helpful in my selection. The flowers were beautiful!
A sudden need of flowers after the death of a loved one brought us to 'Woods Flowers'. Super friendly and the arrangement ~ I ordered the 'Cadillac' version. It was WELL worth the extra couple dollars! And delivery ~ perfect!
We ordered these flowers for my daughter-in-law. She was having a horrible time. The order arrived quickly, the flowers were beautifully arranged and she loved them! Most importantly they made her smile! The customer service is top-notch, when you call you aren't made to feel as if you are a number. The website is easy to navigate and order from. We will use them again!
I was anticipating a thank you when I got home. My wife's birthday. Nothing arrived. No delivery. Ordered on Monday 01/23. Paid. Confirmation email. Today is Wednesday 01/25 7pm. Nothing. Not a call, no text, no email. If the system that was broken and you think is now fixed is likely broken. Too late. Her birthday is over and any resolution will be after the fact. Update 1 01/26/23: An obviously irritated employee took my info this morning when I called to report that my order was not delivered. She didn't seem to be surprised or care much about the problem. Said she would "let him know" and he would call me. Update 2 01/26/23: received email of credit card refund. No call from shop. Use this shop and take on the risk of no show. Expect no customer service and no apology.
Absolutely gorgeous! Couldn’t be more pleased with this lovely arrangement. I took my own vase in and they walked me back into the color to hand select each flower. They had a lovely selection of exotic flowers, from lovely orchids to the freshest pink roses. The end result was not only magnificent and full of flowers, the service was the best. Caroline was very pleasant and accommodating, and Jazelle even helped my little granddaughter feel special by playing along with the purchase for my daughter’s new baby flower arrangement. Jazelle also helped with B putting this huge arrangement into my car. The friendliness of the staff, and the creative outcome will bring me back again.
