Purchased a new desk and file cabinet. Wanted something with a different finish, classic and sturdy. I am so happy with the look of this furniture and it is very well-made. The purchase was super easy. The delivery went smoothly, they had to carry up 19 stairs to my office. And this is not a light piece of furniture. My delivery was set up between 9am and 12 PM, they called and said they were 20 minutes away and arrived at 9 a.m. Couldn’t be happier. Did I mention that it was also on sale. It was a win-win situation.
We bought a new house and were looking for mattress. One our friends recommended to go to Woodstock Mattress outlet. We went to this store where we were greeted so nicely by Malinda. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about customers needs! We were so impressed with her that we end up buying mattress for two beds! Melinda is simply outstanding!! This store is lucky to have her as the store manager. Thank you Malinda!
Great service! Melinda was very kind, bright and knew the answers to all our questions. She had several people in the store at once, and was the only sales person on site. She brought us together to welcome and get what we were looking for. Then she answered questions and helped each of us as we made our decisions. She was super organized and easy to work with. Great experience!
Malinda was fantastic and extremely helpful. We originally stopped by Woodstock Mattress Outlet first and then stopped at four other businesses for due diligence. However, we ended up coming back to Malinda. Her price was the best and we appreciated her honesty. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a Mattress to visit Malinda at Woodstock Mattress Outlet. Delivery was as expected and on time. One other important note is we initially came to her store 10 minutes before closing. Malinda was very welcoming and never rushed.
