Develop a membership, WORLD-WIDE, of Woody Guthrie fans and contributors to the WGFMC of Pampa, Texas.
Restore the historically significant Harris Drug Store building.
Develop the area as a tourist center for Woody Guthrie memorabilia and music.
Provide funds and opportunities for musicians and performers of all ages.
Develop a recording studio in the Woody Guthrie Center
Develop an annual outdoor production on Woody's life, the depression, the Dust Bowl days, Pampa, California, New York, Portland, Oregan, the Grand Coulee Dam with Woody's words and music to tell the story. Sarah Atherton, Amarillo, Texas says this could rival the production of "TEXAS" in Palo Duro Canyon.
