Broke the dc jack inside my Dell laptop. They located the part and had me back running that week. Call ahead to make sure Mr Woolley is in before you show up. He will assess whether or not they can fix and then you can drop off.
Without a doubt the best repair shop in the area. I would give more stars if I could. Mr. Woolley is extremely knowledgeable and gives exceptional service at a reasonable price. He always goes over and above with his expert advise and recommendations. I have been a customer for over five years and have always found him very helpful, entirely honest and would have no hesitation in recommending his store.
Great business. We dropped our computer off during an extremely busy time and waited days for evaluation, but had fast and efficient service once problem was diagnosed... Great customer service from employees...helpful with instructions and told to call if we needed more assistance. Highly recommend.
As soon as you enter the store you are treated like family! My father had issues with his computer and didn't feel comfortable with anyone else working on it besides Mr. Woolley. He installed Windows 10 for him and his computer had been working like s champ!! You receive personal attention and are always greated with a smile. They ate not happy until you are happy, they go above and beyond for their customers as well as the entire community. You don't have to be the biggest to be the best!! Mr. Woolley has always fixed my computer. I give him 5 stars! This is the only place I would take my computer to. Larry Woolley is up to date with what's new, and always will do a good job. No complaints here,the best and only computer repair shop around.
Excellent customer service! These professionals repaired my gaming laptop quickly and didn't overcharge me for things I didn't need. Its nice to have a local business you can trust and I trust the team at Woolley Communications.
I went by to see if they could repair my Toshiba hinge and Mr. Woolley was able to fix it right there and charged me NOTHING. I could not find anyone to work on the actual computer and he solved the problem and was very helpful. I will use them again!
This Eric Murray brought his non-working laptop in for repair and we repaired it. When asked if he had data needing saving he DID NOT mention any home made dirty videos he wanted saving and in what folder they were saved in, so they were not saved. We saved all other data in his default user folder. Now he is mad at us for his mistake and writing bad reviews on mt business. I have been in business for almost 50 years now and specializing in computer repair for almost 19 years. Our primary customer data base is repeat business and word of mouth referrals. I don't like people like this pulling down my ratings because of their mistakes. We repaired his laptop as requested and he needs to get over it. Period.
I needed to down grade my computer from Windows 10 to Windows 7 due to program compatibility and I attempted to do it myself. Turns out its not an easy thing to do! I called Mr Woolley and he definitely knows his stuff! My computer has been transitioned to Windows 7 and I couldn't be happier! The extra's he added are super helpful and I just couldn't be more pleased with the service!
Stay away from here! I took my laptop in for bad sectors in the hard drive and spent over 250 dollars to get it replaced. After paying and taking it home, I noticed that some of the keyboard letters weren't working properly. After talking with the owner, he stated he thought he annotated the invoice - he was wrong. There was no mention of it on both our invoices and they would only repair it at my expense. Shady business practices and poor customer services.
