went during business hours a few days ago 3pm. Said was open online. Arrived to find a closed gate that said "Yes we are open, use other door". we found 2 additional entrances. The outside door and another door on the inside of the mall, both closed and locked. Called the store, no answer. I have no issue with a store being closed during normal business hours, atleast take your sign down saying that you're open if you're closed.

While it may seem a little pricey you get a great quality product that you know is going to last. My son found a pair of shoes he needed a really good pair of non slip & found them here. He's very happy with his purchase. Store is clean, well organized & was not busy. Staff is friendly & helpful.

Just called to try and see if they could look up a purchase for me so that I could return a jacket I no longer needed. The lady I spoke to was nice, but she didn't ask for my information so that SHE could call me back tomorrow. Told me I needed to call back. Corporate needs to give these employees and stores a better computer system.

I'm changing my review because they finally restocked their black soft sole work shoes. I like my new Sketchers as I work in a office and my feet no longer hurt. I feel I made a good choice and I am grateful you restocked the size I needed men's 9. There was only one left and I got it so you may need to reorder some more. This is a great store and I'm glad you are open and providing a good, yet valuable service to the public. I WILL be back for more good quality stuff that you carry. Also, it was tax free day so I lucked out. Thank you so much...You guys carry good durable stuff, that's why you need to keep the products stocked for everyone that needs them

It took a week for my order to be packaged and shipped, but once it was shipped I received it quickly and I’m in love with the product. disappointed with shipping and receiving but really happy with the quality.

Always went there to purchase Carolina men’s 8” waterproof logger boots. Price before and on the Carolina website today $140.00 and that’s what the price was last time I bought the boots from there know $180.00 and the lady behind the counter told me Carolina rises there price she should have checked before she lied to my face cause the boots from there store and website is $140.00 they just lost a repeat buyer I will never go back there prices are ridiculous and if I was anyone else there’s other stores around that’s not trying to take advantage of hard working people so they get a big fat zero from me
