Workers' Compensation Appeals Board [ANA] (WCAB)

The department of DWC needs to do an in-house cleanup the personal here is ridiculous disgusting and inefficient. If they don't like to provide information to the people who are paying their salaries. The state of California is wasting my tax money and other taxpayers money by paying this lazy parasite who is just warming and sweating the sit. Personally, One start is too much for these public servants.

This department needs to get rid off people who doesn't want to work fort them and they don't have the patience and time to explain people information that we will like to know about workers compensation situation. I just hang off to a rude lady who doesn't even introduce herself,and she literally asked me with a really rude tone of voice "what do want you need". Seriously? This happened a few minutes ago Today June 28,2018 @1:54pm. She was really rude,and she spoke to me in there language like if I would off understand what she wants telling me. Once again I call to get information about my case and she basically make me feel stupid. She didn't let me finish explain her anything about my case,and she send me back to the same place where I got recommend. Once again,watch out for thus type of employees that works there , because they sound like robots and they are so rude and unprofessional.

Used to be so clean and well kept now there is a homeless encampment in the plaza. I gave them a four because the people who work there are nice.
