Update 1/2023: irresponsible - new year same disappointment. How is a gym considered operative when the women’s bathroom is shut down - see pics… You can’t wash your hands, shower, relive yourself or place belongings in the locker. They have to do better. A long time coming… I’ve struggled to write this review off the strength of liking the staff - all while being supremely disappointed in their lack of stewardship. The music is a vibe, people are cool BUT This gym is filthy. In a world of infectious diseases they refuse to clean the gym. Trainers/staff dont sanitize after using equipment nor do they encourage a clean environment. Soiled wet naps every where, cleaning towels and spray solution is a luxury. Water fountain doesn’t work, rarely have water to sell. In addition to being nasty, the Bathroom lacks privacy and toilet paper - showers don’t have curtains, water runs all over the floor which is an absolutely trip hazard. They use the same tired nasty soap dispenser and refill it with the cheapest soap on the marketfeels like water. So as much as I would like to use the hot sauna the questions remains where will I bathe? I’ve rarely seen a person working there clean up, their more concerned with training than sanitizing. Ugh do better for our community - we deserve comprehensive safety which includes cleanliness
The OTHER Workout Anytimes I frequented were indifferent; I put up with it because I want to work out at odd hours. But THIS store is surprisingly good. Not just adequate, but a positive experience. While many businesses are still crying "waah because covid" to justify horrible service, years later let's be honest, it always was mostly an excuse to cut corners, this particular store seems to bend over backward to make you glad you're there. For example, they actually leave the door visibly unlocked during the day, so that you can walk right in and just scan your fob or app to work out. No struggling to get the scanner IN the door to pick up your bar code. And unlike the others I've worked out at, there's almost always someone there, and they are INVOLVED in the goings-on: Not hiding in the back and hoping you won't bother them, or sneaking out and coming back later to clock out, but walking around ensuring everyone's happy, saying hi when you walk in, et cetera. They seem glad if you have a question to ask, or want some other service. They don't pester if you just want to work out and go, but they're quick to give help when you seek it. Their corporate provider did just switch from all the TVs to some sort of ridiculous, SHORT loop of "nitro circus" nonsense that I suppose they imagine will get us "pumped", but actually is boring and repetitive. While a normal cable network could distract you from a long run on the treadmill, watching this stuff makes the run tedious. So cue up your phone with your favorite audiobook, or something else to keep your mind off the run. The TVs are now a waste. As for the facilities, they are decent. The weight machines are clean, bright, and mostly in good shape, though my favorite treadmill — the one under the Air Conditioning vent — has broken buttons and creaks like an old-timey sailing ship in a storm when I run on it. But I needs me that cool airflow!
24/7 gym with a variety of equipment to fulfill your fitness need. CONS: It isn't the largest facility, although it never seems to be crowded when I go. The men's urinal & toilet alternate on which one is out of order. There is one water fountain & it's low pressure. PROS: The facility adds new equipment quarterly it seems. They recently installed a tire flip device, sauna, tanning station, as well as a massage chair next to the hydromassage. There are more than enough free weights or weight machines to fit your need. I use it as a 2nd gym since I box elsewhere, but I'm pretty sure I kept my membership because they have a heavy bag. Everyone in there stays to themselves & gets that work in! It's a small community of members, so you'll see familiar faces. It's $30/month for access to a facility that never closes & usually has hip-hop playing throughout to keep you in the right vibe/mindset.
Trying to cancel my membership as i dont live there anymore and i think i need the money for other stuff since my house burnt down. I keep trying to call but they don’t answer the phone at all. Keep in mind i went from the johns creek lifetime fitness to this gym and have regretted it since. Please answer the phone and cancel my membership or next call will be from my lawyer.

I enjoy this location.. not too crowded, very clean and I don't feel intimidated being there
You guys put an entire employee here at night with no access to the actual computer system. She is so useless and can’t even enter my phone number in to let me workout. She denied me entry due to the app being down and then when I went ALL THE WAY HOME AT 3am and came back with my scan tag this time she was rude about me scanning my damm scan tag. I’ve been in gyms for 12 years and whoever took it upon themselves to hire someone with no access to a computer system is foolish. Did you hire security or did you hire a gym staff member?? If so how in the entire hell can they not adhere to members after hours?? She could’ve solved all my issues by just entering my phone number and granting me access.
I'm there Monday, Tuesday and will be Sunday evening great staffs and once I feel I'm ready I'll be teaching my Marshall Science / Marshall Arts - kung-fu
This is a great gym to go workout, it is quiet, clean, and safe. There are no long ways to get on equipment to get your workout in and after you finish you can walk to Kroger and pivkup some protein or a health meal for your musvle gains, or get fresh a haircut or stop at the pizza spot and treat yourself, LOL.
This gym use to be so clean and well maintained. I came yesterday after not being here for a while and it’s the total opposite. Bathrooms are super dirty and they smell horrible. The prior owner use to take pride on maintenance and great customer service.
