I work in Baltimore city, I called when I was on my way ,The receptionist told me they take the last person at 4 o’clock my job is 20 minutes from their facility in moderate traffic, there was an accident on the highway , I got to workpro at 4:06 and was turned away, event hough I informed the front desk person that it was an accident on the highway they didn’t even consider that or consider taking me ; I was still in uniform instead told me about another location which was 10 -15 minutes away. I was taking a physical so I drove here in needing to go to bathroom just to be turned away. My company has a state contract with pivot health truly sad!!!

I want to send a huge thank you to the staff at Pivot Occupational Health located in Elkridge Maryland. With special thanks to Bobbie who went above and beyond to assist me and my Mom. I recently had open heart surgery and currently wheelchair bound as I recover. Bobbie was extremely helpful and I am pleased to have been under her care. Thank you all for such a lovely experience at your facilities!

This establishment is the most professional with communication and follow up. I work for the State of Maryland and I have to use this location everyday at least 3 or 4 times a day. I love the fact that if my employee does not have everything required for the appointment they try to get all documents and not refuse service. This location has superb office personnel. There are many of them, but I specifically work with Boobi and Shannon the most. These lades are efficient in their duties and will go above and beyond to care for the staff I send to them. I rated them 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service they provide to my agency.

Shannon and Bobby are the greatest they always work with me to meet my needs and provide me with prompt service. They also go out of the way to communicate with me to resolve issues to avoid excessive travel. Very flexible about scheduling as well, always able to work around my available time.

This place is the most professional and on time WorkPro locations. I have been there many times and never had to wait to be seen. Bobbi Marsiglia and the staff are the best to work with. Yesterday I was there to complete an evaluation for the Mask's that I carry in my Police car. I have completed numerous evaluations from places like Concentra health that were simply a disaster. yesterday Bobbi Marsiglia and her staff completed this entire process in under 15 minutes and I appreciate that. This was a no nonsense evaluation concentrating only on what was necessary. With a busy schedule, I'm always trying to crunch time to fit everything in my day. If you are looking for a health care facility that concentrates on no nonsense delivery of services get to this place, you will be glad you did. Ken

The staff members shannon and bobbi are very professional smart bright young ladys. The office is always clean. I never have to wait to be seen they always welcome you by last name and take you right back. I love this office and will never go to another center.

CJ the doctor here is very nice and really kept me informed with everything in dealing with the recovery process of my hands. Bobbi one of the nurses in staff was very kind as well and she even washed my hands for me when I couldn’t myself. Great team here highly recommend, good experience with every visit

I was here on Tuesday for bloodwork and an x-ray and had a great experience. Bobbi M did my bloodwork and and Shannon M did my x-Ray and both were great and very professional. Smoothest and easiest bloodwork experience I’ve had in a long time.

Bobbi at the elkrdige, Md location did an excellent job had to get blood work advised her I’m not a fan of needles she made it as quick and painless as possible she is a phenomenal employee at this location, ans treated me very professionally!

I’ve been a patient at pivot occupational health now for two years due to Worker’s Comp. every time I come in the staff is very friendly and awesome Shannon Bobbi and Parm are fantastic and have the best personality ever I will always come here to be seen
