Today I want leave a review for company in regards of the employee Yonni. He made my arrival to peaceful I just came out of surgery and he went beyond the measurements on making sure I was settled with my parking and giving me relief. The mannerisms and professionalism he pose really represent the company to a high standard and I really appreciate it!
Yonni was very helpful with directions and knowledgeable about the area. He really went out of his way to help guide me around Miami. Very professional service!
I stayed at the Yotel and I would like to say that I had an absolute wonderful experience . Easy and fast and carried out with absolute hospitality Yonnie was an outstanding manager and worker someone who embodies the idea of CEO and the man who sweeps the floor . I truly respect his integrity and charisma .He truly made my day
Took over at Palmetto Hospital and got greedy and charging disabled people to park at Hospital to see their Dr. Been going there for over 5 years now. I'm a quaduplalegic. And have no choice but to park in paid parking area never any off street free parking available. And never no how long I will be there and on fixed Income Crooks in my opinion. Hospital makes enough money.off of us it should be illegal for them to charge to park.
The entire staff is negligent from the valet attendants position to the hr department. Do not let these people handle your vehicle. They do not hold responsibility when it comes to filing claims. They ghost customers when they are clearly in the wrong. My car was negligently parked which in hind sight cause the splash shield underneath my vehicle to be completely ripped apart from the vehicle. Due to it being parked on the curb. DO NOT LET THEM PARK YOUR VEHICLE!
Yonni was a great guy. He was very professional and went above and beyond to offer great services. My experience was great with him and his team. I highly recommend anyone who stay downtown Miami to get my guy Yonni. He’s gonna take care of you.
Valet is usually something people take for granted but this people offer real A1+ service, always quick, on time and efficient. Ask for a guy called “Yonni” Always takes well care of my vehicles and with phenomenal service while at The Yotel.
Went to Miami on vacation and let me tell you this guy Yonni best of all Miami told about the greatest places to visit and eat. Took care of my car like if it was his own. Only person ill ever let park my car again.
Great service! Yonni always made sure my car was ready to go. If we had a big haul from a store he would always assist in making it easier.
Stayed at the Yotel. Great experience with valet attendant Yonni. He helped me out with directions around and took care of my car. Helped me unload my bags. Great service from him.
