I was asked to create a page in reference to my transformation through my weight loss journey, so here it is!
I started a new journey for my life back in February of this year (2013 - 8 12 months ago) to lose weight (120 lb and counting), gain muscle, eat healthier, and create an active lifestyle for myself. I am now currently a promoter for the product Body By Vi that changed my life and helped me lose the 120 lb currently have I have lost since February, because it changed my life completely, and I believe in it whole heartedly. There have been some adjustments made along the way, and I have learned tricks of what might or might not work. I've grown a lot as well mentally, physically, and emotionally. I've r-taught myself my importance in this world, and wake up every morning reminding myself that very thing. I was asked to create this page, therefore I did, and hope that it will helps others have the ability to feel the way that I feel daily now.
