Wow Frozen Yogurt

The woman working there this afternoon was horrible. She hid in the back when we arrived while another woman waited to pay. Then when my mother pulled one of the levers which we assumed just wasn’t labeled because there were only three flavors, the woman bitched to her, rolled her eyes and went back and hid again. Two lights were flashing that said “add mix”. When she came back out of the back again I she scorned me that they “were filled to the brim”. The flavor I wanted was next to an empty flavor that was dripping into a bucket. I was there with two 3year olds so I felt bad just leaving. But the woman continues to be so unhelpful and mean. So we put our containers down and left. She then flipped out and ran and hid in the back again. Wouldn’t come back out when we asked to to. Crazy!!!!!! Ruined the place for all of us forever. Total lack of respect or customer service! Don’t go!

Terrible customer service. We went in about 925 after having an amazing dinner at IYA. The girl at the register was already counting her drawer. We asked if they were open shes yeah but I am closing up soon, go ahead. Felt very rushed and unwelcoming. Most of the topping were put away at this point. We felt like we couldnt even eat inside, thank goodness it was a beautiful night. Another couple had gone in right after us, as she was still putting things away. Completely shut down and turn lights of by 945 when sign says the close at 10... we will definitely just get dessert at IYA next time.

Disappointed in the lack of caring. Went tonight 6-26-2014 with the family. Told the two young ladies we were in about two weeks ago and they ran out of punch cards but they would honor the last visit when we brought it up and gave us the new punch cards. Very uncaring said no we dont do that. I said ok, got my new punch card went out with the family to sit on the bench and just told the family that cost her a tip. We go 2x a month. Probably wont be going as often if that is the type of people they hire.l

The owner is one of the nicest people ive ever met... He wiped mt kids hands and took care of them the whole time.... Cant say enough good things!

This place is literally amazing , Fantastic I would eat here everyday if i could Great place love how it's self service
