Ken came to the rescue when I had a disaster at my rental property due to a fried electrical wire that cooked the hot water heater. There was smoke and flooding - it was not good. My renter was NOT happy and I had to get the situation handled right away! Ken was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and then provided a quality repair lower than the bid price.
