Amazing business! In a world of slow, rude, take a number and shut-up, DOL services, Wrights is the opposite. The instant I walked in I was greeted with a friendly, professional, and personable staff member. I was walked through exactly what to do, how to do it. The young lady I can’t remember her name but she said she was 19 was a refreshing surprise through the whole process. She actually made it enjoyable to complete the licensing process. She made my business quick and painless. I can’t say enough. Thank you.

Was just in today to transfer a title from a private party that I bought a car from. I can’t say enough on the demeanor, courtesy and helpfulness of the young man that helped me. I’m pretty unfamiliar with DOL procedures and he was patient and caring. So glad to support this local business. This employee is a rock star!

The staff are VARY knowable in title transfers, licensing issues. They are willing to go above & beyond to solve complicated paperwork snafus...

You were able to go inside and the two main death that everyone goes to to get there tags or titles or whatever have plastic shield around them the place looks clean. I am glad they are in this town so we don't have to drive to Yakima get your tags The lady I dealt with today. Wasn't the mean lady. But anyways this lady was nice respectable to me when I came in to get my renew tags probably because she couldn't see my face giggle giggle
