Took in a 50-year-old faucet part and they were immediately able to find the match for it that Lowe's and Ferguson's did not have. Old fashioned customer service. The new part works perfectly. However their return policy is more restricted than Lowe's.
This is one place that people can still depend on, supplies that's available when you need it and given with a smile. Thanks for being there and not stuck the website with only online service.

The woman who answered seemed very distraught and overwhelmed. When i asked my question she sighed heavily as if i was bothering her and told me i would have to hold. Could have been having a bad morning. However the gentleman in sales whom she transferred me to was very helpful and perky.

This place terribly lacks customer service. Cody was so unenthused and unhelpful and made me feel like I was an idiot for trying to get parts from there. I also felt very unwelcome and didn’t even get the right parts. I hate I have to say this but it put a terrible taste in my mouth about the company.
