I found the store a little small and little difficult to access the parking lot, for the traffic on the street. However, I found the variety of shoes and the attention from the employees good. They have a bunch of liquidation shoes at the back of the store but it looks like they're not completely organized. I personally found it fun to lost myself looking for my size but not everybody could have the time or want to spend it. For people looking for big sizes, I think you could be a little disappointed. They usually have no more big than size 13. But you could be surprised with a last 15. I hope I was helpful. I will adjunct some sneakers I liked.
The staff was cool. the only thing was that when they were checking out the shoes i was purchasing the Gold Air Jordan sticker fell off the box. i noticed when i got home. If its not too much trouble mail it to 3266 Wembley Ave, Chino Hills Ca 91709. Thank You for your help and time
Great place friendly service very helpful but you didnt have my size slides
The item I was looking for was not available at the location. However, the sales rep called the other location to inquire about the accessories I desired. She found it at another location for me.
Great place to get shoes for the kids and yourself
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR PICKUP. 3 Days and still not ready. Ended up canceling my order. I could have shipped something cross country. Customer service is horrible, do not bother with this place. Saving 10 bucks is not worth the frustration.
Quite a good selection of shoes. friendly staff. Good parking. Would recommend for someone looking for brand name like Nike, Puma, Converse etc... at reasonable prices WSS is the place to check out.
Store never seems to disappoint the shoe lovers experience, very helpful employees and their wide selection of shoes,boots and clothing apparel gives the shoppers plenty to choose from, both the Garey and Romona store's are a great comfortable experience. Low prices too!!
This store is in an bad area. The store is confusing as they mix brands together and their high end selections are few and far between. I was the only customer in the store with 7 employees and still had to ask 2x for help and when I checked out the clerk acted like I was bothering her. I gave 2 stars because maybe they were doing a big inventory or re-stock so maybe that's why they seemed too busy to help. Plus, I did buy a pair of shoes to that gets another star so 3 stars for an ok to poor experience.
Very polite crew and great service as a result went out of thier way to help me find shoes thanks guys obrigado!
