I am so happy that I came to this store I drove an hour just to come here and would recommend this store by far the customer service was beyond excellent and Aileen the store manager was so sweet and helpful from the first store phone call to find a product to my hour arrival she helped me so much! I appreciate her kindness and helpfulness and she is bar far an awesome manager!

Staff were very nice and helpful. The store is dark, shabby and smells, I kid you not; like feet. I'm not to sure if you really get the best deals here as opposed to the swap meet. I probably will not be going back.
Kinda on the Expensive side, but they were having a sale and it's kind of worth the money. so we got our Grand Daughter her Light up Skechers that she wanted for school. With sale price got them for 19 dollars. The sale person was very helpful and courteous. It has a wide variety of choices. Give it 5 stars.

Wow! First time in this new location, yes I was impressed by the selection and the pleasentness of the employees and yes they went all out putting everything together for visual impact!... Come get your new kicks here.
I went in to the store looking for work shoes and the selection that they have was very good for men and children not so much for women. I found the shoes and as I was in line to pay the manager Sam or try to sell me some socks he said it was a deal I nicely decided to say no cause I only have enough for the shoes and he looked bothered by the fact that I said no. I get to pay and as im walking out the same employee stops me and ask “would you like to take a survey to get coupons?” I said sure he proceeded to show me a website to do the task I ask him what I do once im on the page he proceeded to take my phone out of my hand and start answering the questions. I found out the questions were about the store and how well the employees treat the customers. I was weirded out at the fact that Sam was putting false information on my behalf onto the survey. Saying things like “Sam was best employee or Sam helped them out” and I didn’t get help at all!!!! I knew what I wanted and didn’t need any help. He also signed me up for the rewards even though I told the cashier no thank you…. I didn’t even get the Fawken coupons I hope that guy is not there next time I go what a weird encounter.
Brand new, huge, location. Dynamic selection. Helpful staff. Clean, organized store.
Customer service big negative, I was not attended to, had to do everything by myself. Manger was rude, condescending. She asked if I knew how to swipe a gift card, as if I was born yesterday. Great shoe selection only plus.
