Welcome to the Official Potomac State College of WVU Facebook Page! We welcome all future and past Catamounts.
It's hard to describe Potomac State College because we don't really fit neatly into any category. It's almost easier to explain what we're not: we're not a community college and we're not "just" a two-year school. Yes, many of our students earn two-year degrees but we also offer four-year programs. We're a division of West Virginia
University with residence halls, sports teams, lots of student clubs, organizations, and activities.
Best of all, all of these unexpected benefits are affordable. For the past two years, Potomac State's tuition and fees have been reported as the lowest of any four-year institution in the state according to the 2008 and 2009 West Virginia Higher Education Report Cards.
One thing is certain about Potomac State College: we're definitely more than you might expect.
