I absolutely love my Murphy bed. I live in a small condo and it gives me a beautiful guest option that I get to enjoy every day.
We recently remodeled our house and needed to make a new office space and still have a guest bedroom. I found WW Beds just by searching for murphy beds online. I could not be happier with the finished product! It's beautiful, stylish, functional, and has a ton of cool features. I especially love the recessed touch lighting and the pull out side tables. Though it will be used mostly as an office, it made our spare bedroom even better with those added extra features. Chris and his team were so responsive and helpful and willing to add any feature we thought would be useful to us. Delivery was fast and efficient and it was packaged carefully as to avoid damage in transit. We invited some friends over and they helped with the installation, which made it faster and easier than expected. Not to mention there are great instructions online and a ton of helpful videos. I really can't say enough about how happy we are with our new murphy bed. It literally created another room in our house that didn't exist before.
I had an excellent experience working with WWbeds. I actually found them on YouTube because I was specifically interested in the stay level desk feature. They have many videos of their different Murphy beds. After watching them I decided these guys really know what they’re doing. I got some quotes from other local options but wwbeds, despite being across the country, had the best quote. They offered far more customization than other places. Chris was very responsive and had array of thoughtful add-on features that I would never even think to ask. It was during pandemic times that I requested the bed so the wait time for the project was very long, on the order of 6 months. But I am still glad I went with them. The quality is great, they used solid wood and matched my customized stain request after going through several samples. Really appreciate that they listen and allow so much customization.
WW Custom Beds is an outstanding honest and caring organization. A family operation that builds beautiful custom Murphy Beds with quality craftsmanship you just won’t find anywhere else. Katelyn, Chris snd Scott stayed with me and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend using them for your custom Murphy Bed!
The people were very nice and helpful once they knew we were there. It's more of a warehouse than a showroom furniture store. The air was either out or not on, so it was a bit toasty. They hadn't answered my online request for a quote so we went to the store. It's a little hard to get to because of the construction and traffic and road direction. But we got our bed ordered and in line for making. They are around 8 weeks out on getting there, but we will wait. Look forward to getting it.
Excellent custom products and customer service! I wanted a boat bed for my son's nautical themed room and nothing I saw online would do so I had WWBeds make me a custom boat bed and it is everything I wanted and more. Excellent craftsmanship and quality. Wasn't too bad to put together either. Price was also very reasonable for the amount of work involved plus the shipping costs. Chris was extremely detail oriented, thorough, organized and punctual. I had many questions and Chris always answered them right away. Highly recommended!
I was looking for a baseball bed for my son and came across WW Beds. I was a bit nervous about ordering a custom bed from a company hundreds of miles away. I called and spoke with Gary who immediately made me feel comfortable with the design, order, and shipping processes. Communication was amazing throughout the whole process. When we received the bed it was perfect!! We loved the quality of the bed so much we immediately ordered a custom dresser. That too was amazing! I will definitely do business with with Gary, .Chris and family again!!!
Great quality and great service. The bed was ready on time for the quoted price and it looks amazing. My wife and I took this up to our cabin and installed it ourselves in just a couple of hours and we love it! I’m not exceptional when it comes to handy work so I really appreciated the ease of installation and the quality construction.
These folks are the greatest! I’ve had my Queen Bed with side bookshelves for over a year. Guests are amazed when the bed pulls down with ease. Actually they are amazed it is a bed. It’s beautiful and functional.
Chris helped us finally get a perfect Murphy Bed for our Hawaii Home! We priced these beds here in Honolulu and just found particle board crappy manufactured beds for 10,000.00 dollars! Chris made us a work for art for half the price plus shipping! Thank you Chris and everyone at wwbeds!
