This rating is based solely on their service. They were great when I was making my purchases, but I didn't hear from after I made my payment of $5900. 1. The manager stated he would send me an email receipt. I never received one. 2. He said it would take three weeks, but most likely it would come before then. It took three and a half weeks which I am not mad about it. However, I NEVER received a single call from them. After i called them on multiple occassions, were we able to decide on the date of shipment. 3. On the day of our shipment, the sectional was missing... I called them the day of bc we were suppose to receive the merchandise from 3 to 7. They came at 7:25 pm on a Saturday. When I called them the day of shipment, I didn't hear about about our sectional being delayed. Ill never do business at wyckes again. I am stunned with their terrible after care service. We have guests coming this upcoming week with no sectionals to sit on. Thanks wyckes. ________________ Edit: this is getting so ridiculous.. it just makes me laugh. We received a bedroom set without the bed frame... haha really?
Great prices and casual no pressure sales staff, we had a great experience! The salesman was knowledgeable but the best part is he allowed my husband and I to spend a lot of time in the mattress department laying on beds without pressuring us or bugging us. After spending many hours trying to decide on which mattress we wanted we finally made up our mind. Ever since this mattress was delivered we have had much better sleep with no lower back aches, we couldn't be happier.
Good spot for custom furniture in a variety of styles. The salespeople are not on commission, so there is no high-pressure selling here and they can tweak any of their designs to exactly fit your measurements, fabric choices, and other design criteria. Considering most of what they do are custom orders, the pricing is reasonable and the turnaround time is good.
Very good price and cool people to work with. No sale pressure. Austin helped us to pick our bedroom set and sofa set and he gave us great deal. I recommend to stop by there before you choose your furnitures.
I saw all the bad reviews about these guys and decided to go in anyway, glad I did!! I went to a bunch of furniture stores in the area and shopped around, they had the best selection and prices. Not only that but I didn't have to deal with someone shadowing me the whole time, they just greeted me and answered my questions. I bought a sectional and a TV stand, both are great. I never had a problem reaching anyone there for questions or getting my stuff delivered.
The gentlemen at Wyckes were extremely helpful and friendly in helping us pick out a custom couch. They are very willing to work with any budget and provide great service in their products. They weren't pushy in helping us find the sofa and gave us a great deal on a fully custom sectional
Went here looking for just a bed frame and ended up leaving with both a bed frame and mattress. The staff here at Wyckes was very friendly and helpful, they had really good prices and everything. Smooth and easy process with delivery also, worked around my schedule to make sure I would be there.
Worse shopping experience of my life. I bought some furniture from this store and changed my mind less than 24 hours later, and they said it would be a 30% restocking fee. That means if you my a $2000 couch, they don't even have it in the store yet, you have to pay $600 to cancel the order. Ridiculous! Ok, I guess I'll just buy it. Wait, there's more. The sales guy also said the furniture I bought would fit in my car, if I took it out of the box. What he didn't tell me is that it would void the warranty. Then it turns out that it doesn't fit in my car after all. So I was told the wrong information and wasted hours of my time and my hard earned money on this total scam of a store. Please do yourself a favor and shop at a furniture store that doesn't have terrible customer service and unfair policies.
I called Wyckes Furniture Fountain Valley and asked if they had the Norah Collection. Saleslady said they did not have it on the floor and I could order online. I have never ordered online but I had already purchased the same sofa and loveseat from Wyckes furniture before so I trusted their word and ordered online. Received furniture that looks nothing like my sofa and loveseat AND were DEFECTIVE!!! I emailed and called the Fountain Valley store within 48 hours and their store policy says refunds within 72 hours. Richard, the manager,emailed me and he said to take photos of the furniture with tags and send it to him and he will get back to me. I called the store several times,no answer, until finally Austin answers the phone I told him that I had received defective furniture and emailed the manager, Richard and he never called me back. Austin said that Richard was boarding a plane out of the country as we spoke and he couldn't call him or text him and he would forward the email to the owner Scott Smith and the owner would call me back. I waited another 4 days for Richard, the manager, or the owner to call me back. Noone called me or emailed me back.I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Months later, Richard Carillo the manager at The Fountain Valley store offered to replace the defective furniture they sold me for another set of my own choosing. The results are pending our going to the store to choose the furniture.
Thank you Wyckes Furniture for my power reclinging sofa set. Brandon and Austin were awesome sales associates they explained everything i needed to know about the set and let me be alone for a minute to try it out. They were not pushy at all. Definately coming back when its time to get my mattress. I read some of the other reviews to make sure that Wyckes was legit but like most of their positive reviews state they are indeed awesome. I didnt see any reason why they would havr negative reviews ither than maybe its not them but more that the consumer was picky. Thanks again Wyckes.
