Wycombe Vineyards

About

The Tasting Room & Deck offer beautiful outdoor seating viewing the vineyard. Great for your next event or just sit and enjoy a glass of our wine and snacks at our tucked away little piece of heaven.

"Located in Buckingham Townships Agricultural District, The Vineyard estate has been in the family since 1925 and consists of about 65 acres of fertile soils. Until about 1955 the land was farmed to support the family pork business where smoked ham, bacon and sausage were made daily and delivered to many country stores in Pennsylvania & New Jersey. Since about 1965, the land has been farmed almost exclusively for the production of sod. Over the last 40 years, the deep subsoil aeration practices of sod farming, which adds supplemental limestone to our acidic eastern soil, has resulted in a uniform soil structure quite unique for eastern vineyards."

I agree with other reviews that the scenery and atmosphere were pleasant, but there were many gnats and fruit flies attempting to dive your wine glass. Now for the wines.. I disagree with those great reviews of these wines. All of the white wines taste like vinegar, all of the reds taste similar and also have a residual vinegar finish. The ruby port is actually the only wine that stands alone and is distinctive enough to be enjoyed. I've experienced vineyards both local and international and these wines I could not recommend to anyone.
Great place! Very calm and relaxing! The owners are super nice! The wine is one of the best of local vineyards I tried, definitely getting some for home! Great place for party or just for 2, very romantic!
What a way to spend a morning! Picking grapes, having a homemade lunch and tasting yummy wine. So much fun. Can't wait to go back! Thanks Rich and family!
Friendly family atmosphere! Great wine. Amazing olive dip! Can't wait to tailgate! Great place to hang with friends on the new patio and firepit.
Awesome winery very laid back and friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly too. Can't wait too go back
Enjoyed a lovely & relaxing afternoon with friends celebrating missed birthdays from last year!! We were able to reserve a table outside overlooking the beautiful vineyards. Lindsay and her team were very attentive to our every need. Our catered lunch was delicious by Jamal! And of course the wines were the star of the day! Can’t wait to return.
This is such a great winery to visit. Such nice people, they give you the space you need to taste their wines. Or if you want, they'll give you the history of the land and grapes. They do events for the public, such as jewelry & makeup shows, paint parties, food events, even special wine tastings like vertical tastings & chocolate pairings. I can't wait to go back. They are also part of the Bucks County Art & Wine Trail.
We had reservations for 10 ladies for weeks. The day of our event we showed up and were turned away. We planned the whole day around this, and it was so disappointing. Apparently other groups were late - not sure why they weren’t turned away when we showed up on time. They hardly apologized. Then they gave two bottles of wine after we had to ask for it and the one bottle was so gross it smelled like rubbing alcohol. Yuck. Do not recommend!
Great wines, friendly people! We will definitely be back!
Awesome atmosphere and wine and spirits offerings. Had the best time with my lovely lady.
