I'm so excited for Wyld Flour! I am prepared to be your private baker & caterer. I love, love, love birthdays, holidays, baby showers, weddings, and all other special celebrations. As a tasty bonus, I use farm-to-table ingredients whenever possible. Call or email me for any type of baked good, cake idea, or in-home catering event.

A Love note review of Wyld Flour Patisserie.  We found the delectable and old world Wyld Flour Patisserie by googling every bakery in the city of Missoula and could not be more enraptured with their treats and service. They are the only bakery to be had from Missoula to Polson that was willing to create something scrumptious for us for a double birthday celebration and all in short notice.  There are no bakeries in Missoula that are willing to substitute sugar for Stevia/Monkfruit/Honey AND grains for nut crusts all whilst keeping real milk creams and fats.  They are quite willing to adjust to a Keto, Paleo, or Diabetic Friendly diet and in our case, omitting all sugars and grains for my husband who had just come through Renal Cancer removal the week prior.  They hand delivered three cakes to fit all dietary desires; A Keto Cheesecake with Pecan Crust and Monkfruit sub for the sugar.  It was rich, flavorful, and scrumptious and a major hit with everyone. Even our sugar loving guests could not tell that it had no sugar!! There was also another cheesecake they created just for us; a Honey Cheesecake with pecan crust, no granulated sugar.  Decadent  with a slight and pleasing piquant flavor.  We have never had anything like it in all of our travels through the states. Wyld Flour created a third cake for our guests with a sugar tooth, a lovely White Cake with cream cheese filling.  I did have a sample of this and was genuinely surprised by the texture of the cake.  Instead of an American style sweet cake, it was a more dense yet airy and light cake reminiscent of an old world or Parisian cake and not over sweetened.  It was extremely delicious and flavorsome with that amazing texture. A rare find indeed.  All in all, five stars for Wyld Flour. They have successfully enchanted our tastebuds and we could not recommend them enough.  Sincerely, Costilla Party of 12.
