X-Force Body is an amazing and unique workout experience! Personally I love the fact that I can get an intense workout, with negative based strength training machines, in less than 30 minutes and I only go twice a week! They have a great plan laid out, including proper hydration and sleep, that can help you gain muscle while shedding fat. I know first hand that following this plan can result in substantial weight loss Over 40 pounds and strength increase. My wife and I have been going there for a while now and absolutely love it. The staff are super friendly and focused on getting you the best workout while maintaining proper form which is so important. The machines are unlike anything I have ever used and you will definitely feel the workout as well as appreciate the proper rest! X-Force is amazing! I’m 5 weeks in, and I already feel stronger, firmer, and healthier. The difference in how my clothes fit was almost immediate. The coaches are super friendly and encouraging, and before I knew it, I was doing more reps at a higher weight than I ever thought possible. They also provide an accountability check for diet, hydration, rest, and stress. Best part is it’s only 15-20 minutes twice a week!
Amazing staff and facility, I have been working with Patrick and the other trainers for over a year 1/2 . My overall health is better, cholesterol down and BP lower. The workouts fit my busy schedule just 2 20 minute high intensity workouts per week and 30 minute walk at night. The workouts are hard but but fulfilling. Anyone looking for better health and fitness and not wanting to spend hours in the gym should give them a try.
Three weeks ago for my 70th birthday I gave myself the gift of X Force Body. I have never done any training with weights. Needless to say I was quite apprehensive! I am discovering how fantastic this program is and learning much about myself I am stronger than I thought! Even when I think I have no more reps left in me.... I can do one or two more. It is amazing. The personal 1-1 attention from the trainer is exactly what I need as he watches my form very closely, which has enabled me to develop trust. It may seem strange to say but I love the soreness from the workout and the hydromassage chair at the end.
My name is Clark West, 68 years old this month, currently 350 pounds. Over the past 5 years I reduced my weight from 500 pounds to about 370–using a combination of diet and moderate exercise, mostly walking in my pool. I used to work with a personal trainer before I retired, and I am well aware of the weight loss benefits of doing resistance training, as well as helping with my type 2 diabetes. I was looking for the best way to resume weight training, but I was not motivated to spend an hour or more at the gym 4-5 days per week. About 6 weeks ago I discovered X Force Body in Palm Harbor. This was exactly what I was looking for —supervised workouts of 25 minutes 2 times per week. I really liked the science behind the machines that emphasized negative resistance, and only one set of each exercise, but with intensity—no stopping until you reach muscle failure. I ordered the book by Ellington Darden that describes the program, and read the whole book the first day. My exercise is very challenging—if you are looking for an “easy” routine then this is not for you. The staff is friendly, take an interest in your overall health, and are highly motivating. Most of my sessions have been with Patrick, but I have also been pushed to my limits by Illy, and Coach Spencer. I have some limitations due to my weight, and issues with my right knee and left shoulder. The staff worked with me, and adjusted the machines so I could use all 14 of them. After 6 weeks—12 sessions—I have lost about 20 pounds, added muscle, and significantly increased my strength and range of motion. My right knee and left shoulder have both improved—I am a believer that the negative training lengthens the muscles and improves joints and flexibility. The first two weeks or so were somewhat of a learning experience for me. Getting used to challenging muscles that had not been pushed for years. I did have some delayed onset muscle soreness—anywhere from 24 to 72 hours after working out. But these episodes were greatly reduced after the first 2 weeks. I have had very encouraging results, setting new records almost every visit on most machines—either more reps or a higher weight, sometimes both. Every time I am tempted to stop Patrick manages to coax me into 1 or 2 more reps. I look forward to each workout, and I would highly recommend this program to others, whether you are obese like me or not. This is a no excuses program—the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. If you were tempted like me to return to the gym, but were lacking motivation as well as the hours and hours needed to get results, then this program is for you. The experienced trainers supply the motivation and state of the art machines, and you supply the effort—all in less than one hour each week. I urge you to give it a try!
I love X-Force Body! I have been going there for about 6 weeks now. I feel so much stronger in such a short time! The two sessions per week are perfect. You don’t need the “gym” everyday to get results as they have their own process of working out. At my other gym I would work out 4 days a week, but I never got the results I am getting with X-Force!! Patrick and Illy are wonderful people, and I really enjoy training at X-Force!! It’s like a private session each time, never crowded. Very clean, great music and they have this amazing hydro massage chair you can use at the end of your session!! 5 star facility
I started my work out program about 3 weeks ago at X Force Body. Everyone there is very nice and welcoming. Knowing I have an appointment makes me actually go do it! It’s pretty intense but you’re done in about 20-30 minutes which is amazing! Their food plan is nothing crazy and in fact, I was pleasantly surprised that carbs are required! I feel good after working out and know that the weight/strength training is so important. I’m already noticing some results, the scale is moving and I’m feeling stronger! Go check them out!
The trainers at Xforce are fantastic! They do a wonderful job making sure you have a great workout and that you don’t overdo it. In 2 weeks I started to see a difference in my arms and legs. I have never seen results that fast with other gyms or trainers!

After months of making excuses of why not to hit the gym, I found X-Force Body. Their program is game changing as it takes in consideration all aspects of body performance and well-being. I’m 4 weeks into the program and I’ve gotten way stronger, lost weight, and feel energized. I look forward to many more workouts.
