Welcome to X-site East Van! Introducing a great new bar & grill style menu for lunch with the familiar Latin flavours at dinner that you have come to love. Alongside the Latin flavours of El Barrio we have nightly dinner specials weeknights Monday to Thursday and Latin specials Friday and Saturday to give you a great value for great food. Our food is prepared in house without preservatives and fillers! Paired a great drink special every night and live music Friday and Saturday, X-Site is the place to be in Hastings-Sunrise.

This place is terrific. Is it fancy, no, it’s it authentic, good quality and very fair prices, absolutely. The staff are wonderful and atmosphere is excellent. Highly recommend for a relaxed space with friends and family and a nice drink. Must see for anyone in the area or regular place to visit if you live in the are.
Hit it ! I have been coming here with my family consistently for years. It has such delicious eats at an unbeatable price. Really good drink deals and set menus. The place is full of regulars and seems to be family run!Food: 5/5
I came here with a friend and we weren’t disappointed. You definitely get what you pay for here. My meal came out to $11 with a drink, tax, and tip. The Caesar salad was pretty average, the garlic bread wasn’t very toasted or flavourful, but the chicken strips were quite good. Service was good, restaurant was clean, food was very reasonably priced
Been for dinners at X-Site Grill & Bistro. Their lunch and dinner specials are wicked; $6.95 Monday to Saturday, 11:00am to 4:00pm and $7.95 Monday to Thursday, 5:00pm to 9:30pm. Both require a beverage order. - Caesar $3.95 - their Tuesday drink special. A little watered down. - 4x Gourmet burgers $7.95 - tried the havarti. Nice touch with the dressing on the side. Burger was excellent; good flavour, juicy and well seasoned. Potatoes were tasty. - 2x Local pint $4.25 - opted for the seasonal winter ale. Decent. - Raspberry daiquiri $5.95 - good daiquiri, couldn't even taste the alcohol. - 4x New York steak 6 oz $7.95 - everyone requested medium rare. Steak was tender and an excellent portion size. Can't beat it! - Nachos $11.95 full size - decent. - Veggie burger $8.95 - Classic burger $10.95 - Chicken souvlaki $12.95 - New York steak 6 oz $7.95 - Monday special again. Just as good as last time. X-Site is the definition of cheap eats!
Daily specials are a fantastic deal & comes with a healthy servings of sides. Great value in the food you get. The Salmon was surprisingly moist yet crispy on the outside. Drink specials are cheap. Fast service and friendly staff. One of my favorite dives on Hastings.
Super cool place. Staff are super friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait on the specials nights but definitely worth the wait! My favourite is the chicken souvlaki dinner on Wednesdays. Always perfectly cooked. They give you tons of food for the value. You won’t be left hungry that’s for sure.
We went mid afternoon so it wasn't busy. Service was very good. Prices are more than reasonable and quality of food was great. Burgers are home made and you can taste it. Will definitely be back. Looks like they have pretty good drink specials too.Recommended dishes
First time in this place! They have specials every day. It was quite busy when we had dinner there last Feb 7. My son treated us on my birthday . We enjoyed the food and the place !Recommended dishesChicken Souvlaki Platter, Steak Dinner
We had a wonderful first time experience here for dinner last night! There was a line up but we got in within 20 mins. They have every other table closed to give their diners some social distancing. Our server was so friendly and efficient! Our meals came out very quickly and the portions were really large! My Chicken Cali burger was really tasty and it was accompanied with salad and potatoes with sour cream. The prices are incredibly reasonable and they have a wonderful nightly dinner and drinks specials through the week. The place was hoping and I can understand why! Lots of families and friend gathering for a tasty well priced meal in a friendly atmosphere! That’s a win!
This place got 5 stars from me for value.....were else can you have 2 drinks, a gourmet burger with salad and a sharing appetizer for $25 per person after taxes and gratuity! Daily meal specials for $8 drink specials $4 what a deal.
