Randall is a miracle worker! He can transform pretty much any amp to your liking within reason. Very knowledgeable and does very clean and reliable work.
Randall has an amazing musical mind, that when combined with passion for outstanding electronics has led to the development of world class effects pedals and amplifiers. Drawing from his excellent rock and roll history and knowledge of how famous sounds were created, he then applies this with his own ideas, creating amazing effects pedals, amplifier recreations and innovations. Randall is truly a local treasure with world wide applications. Do not miss out trying Xenrelic effects or having Randall repair/enhance your equipment.
Randall took my dying Laney Protube 100 and turned it into my favorite amp in the world. Every time I seek a tone, I find it with the amp. He is able to get a lot of clarity in a lot of gain. Best tone consultation prior to getting the work done. Matched components to the tone and feel I was looking for. Also took care of so many of the voltage regulating and noise I was having trouble with. He took one of my favorite amps and made it an amp I won't live without. He is a great musician who understands what musicians want to hear and play.
First time in there. Brought my marshall tube amp to get repaired. Wait was minimal compared to other places I looked at. Marty and Robert were both extremely helpful with making sure i got all the info i needed. Lots of cool guitars, amps, pedals. Very talented&professional employees and would recommend this place to anyone.
Xenrelic Amplification. My #1 Amp,guitar,pedal tech. I've been working with Randal for over ten years. He has kept my Vintage Fender amps, and other tube amps alive and sounding great. I have also used his services for Fret repair / bone nut replacement and pickup reinstalls. I also have had a custom boost and phaser pedals built. Basically he's the guy I tell people to take their stuff too.
Randall knows what he's doing and brought life back into my fender amp which had a smoking PCB after a botched upgrade kit. Quality job, bravo! Highly recommend.
Excellent custom work done to my Marshall JMP! Sounds incredible! These guys do awesome mods.
I gave a one star review of this place cuz I could not get anyone the phone. That's not entirely fair. I cannot judge their work based on poor communication.
