I took my mom here to review her services. The entire experience was highly satisfactory. We were able to get all our needs meant in a professional and timely manner. A big thank you to Natalie!! Been on the phone for approximately 38 hours since we’ve been keeping track and still no cable. Signed up Tuesday of the week before last, We subscribed then we were told one of their employees canceled it. Was told it was straightened out still no cable. The one thing I can say is that they are consistent. They screwed up our order 100% of the time so far. How many times can they say sorry? I have no clue how to get this issue fixed, all they keep saying is sorry.

Unfortunately the employee's top speed is very slow to support customers. Much like their internet service. I'm looking forward to never coming here again.
Always helpful, friendly staff, too bad Xfinity is such a ripoff company. I cut cord and cable, good riddance.

Jasmine/Jazmin is amazing. I literally went in knowing what I wanted and what plan, but was having issues with the web store. I have never owned a TV or had my own WiFi... she was so fast. I was in and out under 15 minutes. She got me all the goodies I needed and walked me through the steps but in an efficient manner and got me sorted. 15 minutes! She is the only one who greeted me when I walked in and had a smile on her face and made eye contact. She waved me over and I was taken care of from beginning to end. I take customer service interactions very seriously because it doesn't cost anything to be kind to the customer and she was a Rockstar between that and her knowledge. Thanks so much. I went home and setup the new devices in a 1870's house in less than 20 minutes. Can't believe how fast everything was. Thanks again!!
So many customers on a Monday afternoon so there was a really long wait. I came in and was signed in by a lady with glasses on top of her head, Fabolous nails and a great bedazzled smart watch. She was super patient and helpful and she returned my two flex boxes Xfinity unnecessarily mailed out to me. Sorry I didn't catch her name, it was crazy in there.
Xfinity/Comcast not this particular location in general but the company itself has declined greatly in service. I have been a customer for at least 18 years and my bills at first were about 70. a month for cable, internet and phone. Then Comcast doubled in price with worse service. Now it's tripled in price my bill now is 245. a month it's absolutely ridiculous I don't watch nor care to watch close to 3000 dollars of TV it is not worth that at all. So I called they told me now it was cheaper not to have a phone line, before they scammed people and said to keep the phone line one I never ever used, now they say the opposite, so regardless I dropped the phone and the cable now my bill is 108. but for new customers it's 30. for internet for 2 years. It's all big business lining their pockets. These companies cable, phone, electric their all rediculous.
Horrible... never again. I've never had so much trouble and have so many employees not fix anything. Hours of my life dealing with "customer service " I will never get back.
