No staff! Just plan on being here all day if you have to come. Wont even go into the fact I'm only here because the AI keeps cancelling my Xfinity mobile order! So I'm forced to come in. Staff was helpful when I was called, just wish the wait wasn’t super long. I was able to get everything I wanted once I was seen though, so that’s a plus. I won’t hate on them too bad it’s just the wait is kind of ridiculous at times.
Got locked into a year long contract for speeds they can't provide. I pay for download speed of 1200 and 35 upload this is what we get 400 download and 0.20 upload and we have had 4 technicians and just get told sorry nothing we can do.
This place is a scam and a joke. No one knows how to actually help you with ANY PROBLEM you may have. I needed a wifi password reset for my sick grandma who forgot it. Nothing they could do. Wasted 4 and a half hours of my time. The place was packed with people because no one was getting real help and everyone left angry because of the zero help offered. Can't even help reset a password or replace a router. Disgusting, pathetic, completely inept workforce. Just a huge mess of angry people getting zero help and wasting hours or everyone's time. That place should be leveled and replaced by an actual business
This is for the customer service online chat! I have been given the run around for about 3-4 days! I switched phone carriers and my new SIM card isn't working because my phone tells me to enter a network unlock code! They keep telling me I will get one within 24-48 hours and it has been past that! I will NEVER go through Xfinity again! Screwing customers over who were loyal and great members!
Beware: your requests for a technician will be ignored. I submitted a ticket at the beginning of the month to have someone come out and re-bury my internet cable that is exposed in the alleyway behind my home. An appointment was scheduled for August 7th but nobody ever showed up. I submitted a second ticket that day and still haven’t had appointment scheduled after over two weeks. I scheduled a callback from an Xfinity representative today whose only solution was to offer me a $25 credit for burying the line myself. Before confirming that I would receive the credit, she hung up on me. The lack of professionalism is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
About 1.5 yrs ago they shut off my internet due to me not paying my bills. I pay my bills that are sent to me I'm old fashion that way and usually pay them on time. But Xfinity decided to not send out bills any more and have all customers autopay with the great incentive of $10 off their bill each month. Did they tell anyone ahead of time they were going to do this? NO!!! But when I went in to pay my bill they said it was my responsibility to pay even if they change their method of charging you, Now today, because I moved in April and the guy was great at selling me into auto pay, I was supposed to start depending on Xfinity to deduct out of my banking information, which I gave them. Only problem is somehow in the midst of my move the auto pay got turned off. Did they send a bill or notice or email to let me know that I was late in payment? NO, they just turned my internet off. I work from home and this so not okay with my business. I told the guy who serviced me that this was the exact reason I want paper bills. So, I'll let you know the next chapter, but right now it feels like finding another internet provider.
Generally a lot of slow pokes working here. More importantly, went to the store with a problem, but was told to contact generic 800 number. Do they realize the pains of going thro a 800 number. I mean did not even make an attempt to do anything else. This was after waiting for 20 mts, where the reps are generally milling around, watching you from far, and then pick you up when they feel like it. No manager or any person of authority in sight directing traffic either. The monkeys are running the zoo, and Pueblo monkeys we well know are the worst.
They switch staff members quite a bit can be rude at times depending if the person is new or not but all in all an ok place
After various outages and connection issues for the past 4 weeks. I was told to fix my own network because they were not going to send a tech out. My movies stop playing at least 4 times while streaming and I lose connectivity at least 6 times a day. I have the most expensive plan they offer and they are still garbage.
Loved it . Since they open at ten which is kinda late , alot of ppl were in line at 9:50am but when we got in side they worked pretty fast to knock out the line..
