I have been a customer of Xfinity since 1986- way before they became Xfinity! Today I went to the League City, Tx store and I got the best service that I have ever had there in 37 years . Big shout out to JASON TAYLOR. In a 20 minute conversation he gave me more helpful information than I have ever received before. Very knowledgeable and concise- gave me his card and said email him anytime I have any concerns. He was a fine example of what every company needs in an employee . Give this young man a raise and a promotion!
I had a superb Customer Service experience. Sam was very helpful. Patient with my 20 questions with a smile, helped me pick out a phone and set it up. He even helped me with my modem issue that I just mentioned while we were waiting for my phone to set up. I can't thank him enough for being so kind and helpful.
If I could give them a no stars I would, the first time I purchased my phone I was never offered a warranty on! My second purchase on my phone the man was in a rush and gave me phone in stock and in the system it still said as such so here we are almost a week later still waiting on activation due to his negligence and I am without a phone.
Went in because my router broke. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
My phone froze 3 months ago so I brought it in, 4 month old phone, the guy does a master reset without asking me. I LOST EVERYTHING. telling the manager was a waist of time, he did nothing. I bought my dad in law a phone on my plan 5 months ago and he just passed away, so I try to trade his in with my phone because it is freezing up again, I'm told to call Samsung, I did, they tell me to bring them into a local xfinity store, so I go back to the store, im told to call Samsung, I did, and was told to find a different store, I'm not driving to Houston. So this has been going on for a week now. Just one big JOKE. TIME TO GO BACK TO T -MOBILE.!

The worst customer service available. Switch from ATT to get promotion but only had Xfinity service for two months and now on 5th outage. Last one for two days. We will see how long this one last When trying to reach customer service the system will not let you talk to anyone during outages.

You are absolutely the Best, You listen to my concerned you took time with me to find the issue and problem, I notice while being there & you were taking care of my concerns , I also notice other coworker looking at you like hurry up with her and helps someone else, With them Not knowing I was just in the same building with a different sale associate/ cust.service person last Saturday with same concern .Therefore Kiana Jenkins you have made a long time loyal customer of 8yrs happy. I will continue with my Xfinty service all because of how you treated me, as well took care of my concerns as a customer, for that I thank you for being awesome , please continual keeping up great customer service. Comcast what ever high merit you give your employee Ms Kiana should get employee of the year plus extra. I could have not ask for the best or better Sales Rep/Customer Service. OH!! Did I mention excellent excellent customer service. WOW!! For 6mths. I have been disappointed with aggravation and frustration trying to get a problem resolved that was implement incorrectly by a Comcast sales/ customer service rep. Whom made a mess for other to find and fix. With that be said talking and chatting with many reps and customer service agent at Comcast , many were Rude and very unconcern ESPECIALLY online. I hope the President and Vice President of Xfinty Comcast listen to recording of how loyal customer and customer are treated. Usually the Xfinity store is half and half. What I mean by that is half the staff thinks that you're stupid enough to listen to everything they have to sell you and the other half they just want to be honest. Good luck on whichever have you get.
