Xia's Fresh Cut Flowers is a local business that grows fresh farm flowers and arranges bouquets at a reasonable price at local farmer's markets in the metro area of Minnesota.
Xia's Fresh Cut Flowers is owned by Xia Y. Xiong and his wife. Xia started his small business selling vegetables in 1992 at the St. Paul Farmer's Market, and in 2004, started adding flowers on his list of homegrown goods to sell. With the help of his two daughters, Chia and Vicky, his business started from just selling bouquets at the farmer's market to arranging custom arrangements for every occasion.
