Hands down the worst moving company I have used. I would go with anyone else. Dishonest, unreliable and they don't handle your things with any care.

My salesman is very knowledgeable. Also he was so patient on my questions and followed up with me to make sure that everything was clear to me. He said 2-10 business days for delivery and they did meet that timeline. Just a little detail, some of my glassware items got broken so I called a guy in customer service who got the insurance to replace the items. All in all, they kept their promises and did everything on schedule. Nice move.

There's a whole bunch of companies that offer moving services but a lot of them you just pay upfront and there's no guarantee and then you may end up being overcharged or scammed. After many calls and emails I found these movers, the representative I worked with she was very friendly and informative. I was told about the process all upfront, I knew what to expect. From the very first day I felt like I was taken care of. Every day they gave me an email informing me about what was going on and after 4 days my things were delivered in perfect shape. So at the end of the day it didn't take a lot of time, it wasn't expensive so overall it was a good experience and minimal effort.

After signing off the contract and paying the deposit, we had two customer service representatives working for us to make sure everything would fall into place. The day before pickup they called me to confirm the pickup time. They were so professional and punctual and took great care of our stuff. I could not be more pleased.

Warning. Do not use these guys. Joe quoted me $2,500 for 85 boxes and some furniture. I told him some were standard moving boxes and some were plastic tubs. Apparently, he said my stuff should fit in 490 cu ft. That was equal to three truck panel sections. Kevin got to my house the day of the move and we walked the stuff that had to go and he said it would be $8,000. Woah! I said load what you can and we’ll see how much was left. He loaded 46 boxes and said I was out of space. I called the office and talked to Diane and she said I could have 4 more truck panel sections for a total of $5,000. I had to beg to get them to bargain and finally said no thanks. They took my stuff off the truck and kept my $465 deposit for their time. I ended up renting a 16’ Penske truck which is 800 cu ft for $1,300 including insurance and drove it to Utah myself. All my stuff fit - with room to spare!! Gas was about $450 Now after reading other reviews I’m so glad I did not use them.

I found myself begging a lousy moving company to cancel my booking to get a refund, they canceled the reservation but I got no refund at all. I still needed a trustworthy moving company and after so many calls I got a call from this company. They called me after I submitted a request for moving services online. They made me feel very comfortable with their service. They listened to all my concerns and informed me throughly about how they would help me to move as soon as possible. Everything is done right now, I really appreciate these guys, they saved my life.

I had two bad moves back in time, however gladly I found these awesome movers. They arrived right on time and delivered excellent service. Their professionalism was a relief in what I thought would be an stressful move. I think they are worth it, they are great movers.
