I had never done barre classes before so I didn’t know what to expect. I have to say that Xtend Barre in Courthouse is one of the best workout classes I’ve ever done! The classes are a perfect combination of fun and intense so that you don’t feel like you’re torturing yourself for an hour, despite that, EVERYTHING HURTS after! Also, the people are amazing, it’s a great community to be a part of and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive fitness community and a intense burn in their workouts!
These classes made me want to exercise! The place is chic, so well kept, the instructors are motivating and the overall vibe of the place is simply amazing! cannot recommend it enough :
Love Xbarre in Courthouse. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The instructors are phenomenal as well as encouraging. Best decision I made was joining. Highly recommend!
This is a great studio! They offer so many different kinds of classes at many different times of day, so there is something for everyone. The staff are very nice, and the studio is beautiful. And the location is awesome: lots of street parking and tons of restaurants nearby to visit after your workout. I joined with a special deal of $49 for two weeks of unlimited classes for new members. I'd definitely recommend it!
I love this studio. I’ve been a member of Xtend Barre - Arlington since 2018 and have only had great experiences here. Kelly Wilkinson, the studio owner, has not only created a clean and welcoming studio for you to take butt-kicking exercise classes, she’s also created a sense of community. I don’t know of any other gym that hosts celebrations and puts together wine tasting and floral arrangement events for its members. All of the instructors are amazing. They always have something new and exciting to try in a class. They also remember your name and help you modify exercises to personalize your experience. I could go on and on about how wonderful this barre studio is. Sign up, and you won’t be disappointed.
A month ago, I had never done a group exercise class, and was curious about Xtend Barre Arlington - on Wilson Blvd. After a few weeks into my Xtend Barre experience, I am hooked! All of the instructors are patient and amazing, and I love being part of a group of folks who are positive and excited to participate in the classes!
I really love this gym, the studio owner, Kelly , is a great , very helpful and welcoming person. The instructors are amazing, friendly and doing their best to let the class exciting and full of energy. The studio is so clean and comfy. There is so many classes so you can choose whatever you want . I’m really lucky to be a member of this great gym and wonderful atmosphere.
This is the best workout studio I have been to in a really long time. The facility is nice, awesome music, friendly staff, motivating environment! 10/10
Really really challenging barre classes in the best way. They’re also intentionally very fast paced, so just when you think your muscles are going to give up you switch positions and confuse them into hanging on a bit longer. Great instructors, welcoming environment, clean space, etc. Definitely not inexpensive, which is the biggest downside, but still worth it. Finishing up my 2 week trial which was a steal, and plan on signing up.
Knowledgeable, kind instructors, welcoming community, incredibly clean, great workout! Just joined and can't say enough good things about this studio. Love the variety of classes as well!
