Staff was excellent. I could see health and safety was number one. They provided individual wrapped hand cleaning napkins. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The only complaint is there wasn't any kid activities. Mats with crayons or a place for kids to unwind. These complaints do not reduce the number of stars awarded but I think if the owners are watching, they may want to consider something for kids to do while adults are ordering or waiting for food.
Have been ordering out from Yama sushi since they opened years ago. Never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh, the food is prepared very quickly, staff always friendly! Highly recommended!

The ratio of rice to fish or asparagus or sweet potato is 2:1. They also lack to add rice wine vinegar to their rice when preparing their sushi. Service was fine but disappointed in their rolls.
Stay away. Ordered to go. Rolls have been small with a lot of rice. Soup was in the small coffee cups. And finally we got a bad stomach.
Excellent sushi and hibachi restaurant. Food is always consistently good and order is always accurate. Parking: Parking is plentiful in this shopping center.
Bento Box is a great lunch. Cheap for the amount you get, and delicious! My favorite lunch break from work now!
I don't really like leaving bad reviews, but I haven't had a meal in a long time that I was totally disappointed with. I ordered a few pieces of sushi and chicken yaki udon. The sushi rice was totally and completely unseasoned no vinager no small amount of wasabi nothing to compliment the decent fish or roe on any of my pieces of sushi. I feel like the soup could have been just a soup mix bought at a grocery store. The yaki udon was just terrible did not fit the flavor profile of any udon I have ever tried. Even if was differnt but still good I may have enjoyed it. But it was bland, overcooked, and cloyingly sweet. I could even imagine how it came out tasting the way it did.
I loved this place, have been a loyal customer for years, until I found a staple in a piece of sushi this evening
Way over priced for the quality of the sushi. A salon cucumber roll was $14 when that should be the cost of a special roll. A Kanu salad was $7. Never going there again. I’m disappointed I didn’t check the prices before calling to place my order.
