Yamaguchi at the Inn

I wish we would have spent more time there. It was probably the best room out of all our road trip. And it was affordable. Cute little place. Few 2 stories buildings with hotels room and parking in front for convenience. Few buildings with hotel reception, restaurant and bar. The room was great with your own balcony, great bed, spacious and very nice bathroom too. First time in thousands Oaks and I believe it could become my go to when visiting L.A. Yes, it's a bit far from the city but you have everything you need and it's actually feel quiet and premium. I'll definitely visit again.

To begin, Jennifer was the receptionist when my wife and I checked in after our wedding. She was so amazing, kind, and got us our keys quickly. We ended up checking in really late after our wedding went to an after party and she provided us with extra water and gave us an extra hour to check out! Room was pristine and quiet with a great view. Definitely will be staying again!

So the 2 stars are for the ambience of the resort and the spacious suite we had. But The beds are honestly some of the most uncomfortable beds and pillows ever. The bathroom didn’t even have a bath mat so floor would be soaked after a shower. The AC was noise all night. If I had a choice I wouldn’t stay here again.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful with my stay. Annabelle or Annabella??? Sorry girl!!! ... was kind understanding and went above and beyond to help me. She listened to my needs and assisted me with a smile. The Spa Relais was very beautiful. The staff at the pool was excellent.. Sawyer was a fantastic and attentive waiter. If I picked up the menu he was in front of me within one minute ready to answer questions or take an order. The food at the pool was exceptional. The property itself is beautiful. We will be back to the spa again and will be booking one of the spa rooms as I hear they are recently remodeled. Thanks again to Annabelle Annabella . Give her a raise.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the rooms is incredible. For example, the paintings and artwork in the bedroom was on theme with the name of the building: St Tropez. The ambiance was comfortable without annoying noise from neighbors, despite the fact that rooms on both sides were occupied during my stay. I ordered room service for Late Night Bites and my food came faster than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. I love being able to conveniently walk to the pool from my room in just a towel/ cover-up. On the topic of walking, the grounds are large and the paved walking paths are fun to walk with stunning property views during the day and night. I dined at Stonehaus Restaurant the most, and I’d like to complement Nicole on her customer service skills and wine recommendations. : To conclude, I highly recommend the infused water in the lobby. I enjoyed waiting for my Ubers and sipping on water in the main Lobby. The front desk staff are kind, helpful, and accommodating. Aaron was the gentleman who tended to most of my requests and I want to give him a special shout-out of Thanks.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels, by far this is the best hotel I have stayed in, Room service is good , food is great, the beds are really comfortable, the view is great , and it right by a golf course, if you want to play golf , you won't be disappointed staying at this hotel . Rooms: Beds are really comfortable, great shower , Nearby activities: Golf course, right next door Food & drinks: The food is excellent!!!

Always a relaxing, well-positioned, and peaceful place to stay. They have more restaurants on the premise, a spa, and several markets around the hotel. Rooms are big, clean, and equipped with all you need to feel comfortable. And I believe each room has a balcony.Rooms: 5/5

Great experience overall. Just to get a few nit-picky things out of the way… a hinge on top left corner of the slide door shutters was sagging and the doors wouldn’t seem to properly close as a result. We were booked into a suite so the fireplace is accessible to both rooms via a set of glass doors. They were good on one side but looked crooked on the other. I tried fixing this and it literally came unhinged. I put it back into place as best as I could and made a point not to mess with it. The spa tub is great, but one of the jets stopped working on the third day. And the towel rack closest to the toilet is quite loose on one side. The shower is awesome and reminds us of home as we have a similar setup with the exact same fixtures. A tremendous stroke of the ego to know that we picked out a design for our home bath that smacks of high-end. And finally, we had ants. It’s summer, so it is to be expected that these guys want to beat the heat as well. A few of them could be seen in several corners of the room shortly after check in. It got a bit worse, so we were diligent about freezing food scraps and emptying our trash several times daily. The patio showcases a stunning view of the waterfall courtyard. And we could see the pool from our room as well, so it was a convenient way to check if it was too busy out there or not.

Pool, location, scenery, and restaurants are perfect. It is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, room service breakfast was not great and I love hotel breakfast. We didn't order it again after that. Even the kids weren't into their waffles and french toast Our bed had great blankets, but the mattresses were a bit on the hard side. They also never cleaned our room and have had tons of trouble with room placement for several people while checking in. Water is $4 for little bottles and $8 for big bottles in room just an fyi to any readers. There is no free breakfast if you are looking for that, but the restaurant is very close and delicious. I would come here for a date or pool day, but would not stay here again.
