Spent 36 bucks on four yogurts for kids and asked for a water. "No." Not' "I'm sorry, we don't have water," not 'We're all out, I'm sorry." Just: "No." Then the underage girl behind the counter went back to checking her phone. This place used to have decent customer service, no longer. Don't waste your money here. And, hey, Yapple Yogurt, offer your customers water.
My daughter and I loves this frozen yogurt spot. This time we had the opportunity to bring two other people to our favorite spot and they liked it too!!!
Overly crowded but upon entry, the store did offer masks and gloves for additional safety. I got original tart which, at other Yogurt competitors is good, this tasted bad and had a sting to it like it had become sour incorrectly. My husband agreed. The brownies were good.

It's good, but not ice cream! Even if they have is everything else is closed in the area. My significant other liked it except she added mango to her yogurt and thought the fruit was not so great.
My family and I went to this location at about 8:30, an hour and a half before closing, and they were almost completely out of all of their yogurt flavors. Most of the ones available weren't even frozen, just a goopy mess. A lot of the surfaces felt dirty too. However, the yogurt that was edible was yummy! And the toppings bar was great, there were a lot of options. I would just recommend going much earlier in the day, as it seems they aren't able to keep flavors stocked as they run out.
The yogurt was tasty but the ambiance was very drab... a lot of the yogurt machines were down and it was minimal choices for toppings. I will try again when I'm in the area.
Limited yogurt favors, taste just so so. But you can have free try before you buy.
Never disappoints. I miss the watermelon flavor, it was SO GOOD. The bursts are amazing!
