I live in West Tn. And needed to send flowers to my mother in law. I ordered them in good faith that she would receive what I picked out on the Internet on your website. Instead she received something totally different. I then called and spoke to a very nice lady who tried to fix the situatiion. She picked up the first flowers they delivered and delivered another arrangement that also did NOT look anything like the arrangement I picked out. My husband then called and ask to speak with the owner and he was short and rude. I would not recommend this Florist to anyone

The on phone and in store customer service was ok but the product was terrible. Purchased a wrist corsage for $24 and the flowers were so small could barely see them and the product was in a tight cellophane pack which scrunched the flowers and ribbon, and all the flowers kept falling off when at the prom! The glue did not hold! So embarrassing for my son's date!!! I will never buy from this store again!

Do not use this place! We ordered a stand, for my dad’s funeral, that cost over $150. It was delivered to the funeral home on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning, the flowers were all wilted/dead looking...totally unacceptable! On top of that, the arrangement was 90% green and about 10% flowers. Total waste of money...

Rude! Worst customer service I have ever received. The woman who answered the phone was awful but to have an owner/manager raise his voice and then hang up on a customer was completely unprofessional. Glad I was able to cancel and go with Cranstons.

Made a wonderful arrangement for me while I waited. Was very impressed with the service I received while visiting Greenville, MS.

Was able to have last minute arrangements sent to a family funeral, thank you, family said it was beautiful.
