Dr Metwally goes above and beyond to take care of his patients. This is the second hip surgery I have had now both by him. The first one some 9 yrs ago and still working great. Now the contra lateral hip required attention and 3 wks into recovery and the experience has only improved! Dr Metwally has the rare gift of being professional yet personable. Concise yet complete. As a family man and a medical professional myself, I highly recommend Dr Metwally to both my own family members and my patients alike.
Love this place from the front desk to the medical assistant and especially Dr. Metwally. I chose him because of his YouTube videos. And I was not disappointed. He took an extraordinary amount of time to answer every question in detail pointing out every issue I had on the MRI and why he decided on the type of surgery I needed. He was very friendly, personable and kind. Doctors are so busy today the yes are you in and out and you feel like you're on an assembly line but not with Dr. Metwally. I would highly recommend him. Great experience. I feel really good about Dr. Metwally. I liked him personally and I liked what he had to say. The office was also fine to deal with. No bad experiences whatsoever. The surprising thing was how easy it was to get seen soon and also to schedule a surgery for fairly soon. My only complaint right now is that I called during their lunch break today and nobody called me back. By now they are gone for the day. I need to change my scheduled surgery to a different day, so hopefully they will call me at some point.
Dr Metwally is my hero. He gave me a new pain free life. He replaced my right hip 11/2 yrs ago & the left one 2 months ago. I'm not 100% yet but I can do so much more and my life is once again worth living. Thank you Dr. Metwally. Sincerely Kathryn Rhode
There is a very warm ambience from checking in to being greeted by Lucy and then having Amy schedule my surgery. Dr. Metwally was also very kind and I liked his competence and confidence that he would be absolutely be able to help relieve my pain. I am now looking forward to a better quality of life instead of being afraid of surgery!
Dr Metwally is the only Dr who actually listened to me about pain medication issues and between the two of us came up with a solution. He put me at ease facing surgery. I sure wish I had gone to him years earlier. He is very personable and I appreciate his way of explaining things.
I could not be more pleased with my new hip, and the care I received from Dr. Metwally and the staff at Advanced Joint Replacement. Even after having to cancel at the last minute when I started having chest pain right before getting wheeled back to the pre-op area, the staff was attentive. And Dr. Metwally expedited my new surgery date when it was safe to do so. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
Dr. Metwally performed the replacement of my right hip in 2020 and I couldn't be more satisfied, not only by his surgical skills but also his ability to talk clearly about the procedure and his genuine care he displays toward his patients. He will be replacing my left hip next year that's what running 43 marathons in addition to over 250 other races will do.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Metwally. He met all the expectations I had: kind, gentle, and an excellent listener. I already knew he is a highly skilled professional from close friends of mine who have greatly benefitted from his surgeries. I left the office confident that I am in good hands. The staff I worked with - front desk, MAs, and PA - are all very capable, professional, and accessible. I feel privileged to be a part of this practice.
Dr. Metwally and the Advanced Joint Replacement team made full knee replacement surgery a positive experience for me! I have regained my mobility back without the pain I endured for so many years! Thank you all!
