Should have checked the reviews before I took my doctor's recommendation on this one. Absolutely horrible, all he wants to do is these invasive procedures and if I ever have an issue he's nowhere to be found. I am literally sitting here sick and feeling constant nausea because he couldn't return my calls when I called 5x and each time they paged hin and I never got callback this happened also after I had severe pains after the endoscopy he wouldn't return the call neither But I had serious side effects from the medication I was prescribed. I still never got a call back from this so called doctor. And I'm suffering without proper medicine because of this. Another thing, he told me he would go over a diet with me for my gastritis and when I had the appointment he just told me the results from the endoscopy which I already knew from the hospital chart and I waited 2 hours just to get rushed out of the office . Stay away!!

I was referred by Dr. Ravi Brambhat and had been trying to reach them for almost two days. Finally, the receptionist picked up the phone and said we did not have an appointment for a month, and when I said I am in pain she said everyone is in Pain. Why do you work in the medical field if you do not have any empathy for people??? I wish I can give a negative star, don't waste time please chose another place .....

I’m giving a 4 because he’s a caring doctor. I like him a lot but his front desk people are very cold.

Dr Bains have been my Dr for a couple of years he's very professional & caring , I highly recommend him .

This is a truly caring doctor that really takes time to listen to his patients!
