Unbelievable! $25 for a really well maintained and designed RV camp. Very level, pull thru's, plenty of room, all utilities, grass and concrete patio! At the edge of town on quite street. Large baseball complex across street, could make it a bit busy at times. Just WOW. Paid much more for less.
We stayed at Yerbys for a year. My husband was working in sunray so it was the perfect option for him to be close to work and for our family to be close to shopping. The RV park is well maintained and the laundry room is kept clean and everything works well. The owners were always around and very friendly. We would stay here again if we ended up back in Dumas.
Very impressed with this Rv park. We pulled in for just for an overnight and let me tell you. You will not be disappointed staff was nice and park was very clean and pretty.
How sad. This used to be our go to RV Park. Not sure if it's new ownership or what, but now it's pretty ghetto. They converted some sites into full timers. They apparently have no control over the new resident's or just don't care. Outside parties until 1 or 2 in morning. Wake up to trash everywhere. Nasty. No bathrooms, or dog walk. Definitely not going back anymore.
Amazing customer service, convenient location to stop one night while traveling through, clean, quiet, easy to back in spots if pull through sites are unavailable, and the kindest owners! We are grateful to have stayed here! Thank you!
I have been staying here for over 18 months. I love the location in Dumas it is close to everything. The management is very friendly and helpful. The free WiFi works well for me. The laundromat on location is clean fairly priced and usually there is no wait when I go. There are not any amenities other than the laundromat but across the street there is a large park with multiple playgrounds, jogging track, volleyball pits, and multiple covered pavilions. During the summer there is also a nice public pool at the edge of the park. The pool has slides and a play area for kids. I have enjoyed staying here while I saved up money for a house. I will be moving into my new home next month. I have enjoyed my stay here and it has made the wait for a new home as pleasant as possible
This place is quiet with a ton of early to bed guys. If you stay here it's born to be mild. I'm friends with one of the owners super cool guy. Great staff and good postal system for park.
We stayed here 1 night and honestly I am making this post a couple days after staying and had a tough time remembering this place....not for anything negative, but it just didn't leave a mark. It was a nice place to spend the night, quiet, but just nothing that stood out. Our 38 ft toyhauler had no issues fitting in the pullthrough, it was well maintained, and easy enough to get out of the next morning. We would stay here again.
First off very nice clean campground. Beautiful spaces and grounds look perfect. At no fault of the campground, is sound like a raceway. If your noise sensitive this park is not for you. If it’s not the racing of cars then it the loud subwoofer urban music rattling the windows of your camper....literally! Law enforcement must be non existent in this town. The racing and urban music has been constant for 4 hour and continues. What a shame because it is a beautiful campground. The noise here is out of control. Sorry owners, but people that are noise sensitive need to know. Good luck.
No showers, no communal bathroom, no picnic tables at trailer space. Clean laundry area. Well tended grass between trailer spaces. Nice place for long term trailer tenants. Doable as an overnight stop with water/sewer/electricity.
