This studio is such a sanctuary with classes for everyone. I start to relax the moment I walk in the door; the smell of the incense, beautiful surroundings, smiles and Cara greeting me by name. I’m enjoying more slow flow and yin right now. Cara’s Yin with Reiki and her Yin workshops are so good. She incorporates music, chanting with yin to feed your mind and body. So grateful for this place and the teachers.
Yoga Secrets offers a range of classes in a beautiful space tucked in a corner of Kennett Square. I feel fortunate to have started my yoga journey here with Lexa - she is one of the best yoga teachers out there! She is so encouraging, knowledgeable, and mindful of her students. She incorporates the wisdom of Ayurveda and the deeper roots of yoga in each class. This is the place to be if you truly want to be present in your body, move mindfully, and find a deeper inner connection with yourself.
Yoga Secrets is an amazing yoga studio. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly , trained and vested in insuring every student grows. What’s awesome about Yoga Secrets is they have classes for everyone. Don’t like heat they have classes for that . Love heated yoga they have classes for that also. There are yoga classes for all levels from beginner to life long yogi. The studio is clean and they play awesome music ! And lastly, Yoga secrets is very affordable. I highly recommend this yoga studio !
I love this studio. They have two rooms for hot and regular yoga. You can enjoy any type of class you wish with all types of super instructors. I have my 200 level teacher training and love this studio not only for the yoga but they did a great job with the layout of the studio... very comfortable and stylish. Not to mention a great community! I have been going to the studio consistently for 5 years.
Beautiful yoga studio with wonderful instructors and mindful practices. There is something for everyone, each instructor brings a different style, and I love the variety to choose from depending on how I am feeling. They care about your well-being, and the owners Elizabeth & Lexa are experts in their yoga practice and offer many ways to pass on their knowledge through special workshops and classes. So glad I have this place to go to, I leave feeling refreshed every time!
Yoga Secrets is my home away from home! Every time I go, I walk out feeling like a better person. It is full of lots of positive energy, amazing instructors, is peaceful, warm and welcoming. I love the variety of different types of classes and teaching styles as well. Highly recommended! ‍
I found this studio when I moved into KSQ a couple of years ago and I immediately loved it. It provides an awesome mix of yoga with just the right amount of meditation mixed in. ALL of the instructors are awesome, each with their own style which allows for variety and provides opportunities for growth in different ways. The facility itself is warm and inviting, but it's the owners and staff who make it incredibly welcoming. I have the unlimited monthly package, and love it. You will too!
Love Yoga Secrets! The studio is warm and inviting, and they offer a wide range of classes to fit any practice. I especially loved, and highly recommend, the prenatal yoga series - helped me feel so strong and confident throughout my recent pregnancy. You won’t regret checking them out!
Such an amazing studio! They have classes for every level of difficulty. Every teacher is so helpful and knowledgeable. Absolutely love their Yin yoga practice! It is my escape in the middle of my crazy stressful work days and my retreat at the end of the week. I do have to be very intentional and organized about the classes, otherwise they fill up very quickly.
If you’re looking for a place to grow your yoga practice both physically and mentally, become more in tune with your body and breath, Yoga Secrets is a MUST. I’ve been attending classes for years, and completed their teacher training. Elizabeth and Lexa have created a beautiful and safe space in our community to grow as yogis. Highly recommend for all levels of abilities and interests in all things Yoga!
