Yoga is a gift for the mind, body and soul. During my class I will guide you through techniques that will calm your mind, while strengthening your body.
My mission is to spread the awareness on the benefits of yoga and to help people create peace within themselves. I strive to provide a unique, positive experience for my students that will have them leaving every class feeling empowered, rejuvenated and inspired. I take pride in helping people transform their mind, body, and soul in an upbeat and welcoming environment where we all encourage each other on our journey to self-realization. Yoga is a shared experience that allows us to be apart of something bigger, a community, where we uplift and support each other on and off the mat!
