This is a comprehensive Yoga teacher training designed in accordance with the 200 hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance. We are a Yoga Alliance registered and approved school. Our teaching style is an eclectic mix of Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Sivananda and Ayurvedic practices and studies.
Daily meditation is a requirement of this 200 hour yoga course. Meditation teaches us to stop identifying with the body.
