HORRIBLE. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. The nail tech didn’t bother to file my nails evenly or even paint them nicely. I told her multiple times to correct them and she failed. Would YOU pay for these nails?
Worst nails ever and to pay $45 is ridiculous not painted right and bumps everywhere not only that I wanted square shaped nails and there all sideways looking.Service: Manicure
Definitely a new experience for me! Saw some new techniques demonstrated with such causal confidence I couldn't help but be impressed.
My daughter's and I went to get a manipedi, at this place. It was my daughter's first time ever getting pampered. We had the worst experience. One of the technician was nice, I believe she was the owner. The other two were very serious. The one doing my nails was rude the entire time. I would smile at her and I would be friendly. She made no effort to be kind. I asked her not to fill or cut my nails since they were already really small. She proceeded to file my nails. Then she ripped a piece of my finger skin. It was so painfu, but I didn't say anything because I didn't want to worry my daughter's. My finger was bleeding so much. It wouldn't stop bleeding even after she applied a green liquir various times. The technician said to me; "it doesn't hurt, righ?" I replied, "yes it does". She got up and walked away. A few minutes later the lady I believe to be the owner applied a white powder and it burn my wound really bad. I didn't say anything, all I wanted was to get out of there already. My youngets daughter was making faces I would ask her if she was ok, but she would sign with a yes. When we got to the car she said the lady doing her nails was being really rough on her and made her toe nail bleed. When it was time to pay. Out of courtesy my daughter's and I tipped all three technicians. But we were all very unhappy due to the way we felt discriminated and tortured. My husband asked about our spa day. We told him about everything and he said I need to learn to be more firm in these type of situations. I am writing this review for awareness and not because I am tying to be negative or mean. Our opinion is we don't recommend this place unfortunately. The picture posted is four days after the visit to this place. The skin was lifted and it looked really bad I didn't want to take a picture the day of.Services: Pedicure
Horrible workmanship. Took over 2 hours then realized she didn’t have enough material to complete the design. Not happy with the shape or the look of the acrylics. Go somewhere else for the money they charge. Way to expense!Service: Acrylic nails
it took 2+ hours to do my nails. there was a girl that came after me and her and her kid got acrylics and i wasn’t done yet. they got the same shape and more details then me. not happy with the shape because they are crooked and sloppy.
Don’t go to this place they ripped a chunk of my skin off I wanted to cry so bad, but I didn’t want to act childish and the person that put the nail polish on me put it on a very poorly and carelessly I don’t recommend this placeService: Pedicure
