The best place to purchase a Side by Side, ATV, Slingshot, or Personal watercraft!! Friendly staff and a great selection!!
I placed an order online for the 2022 Slingshot Signature LE through the Polaris website. After completing the build I received an email directing me to contact Johnny K's Powersports to complete my order. I called and spoke with a salesperson to get clarification on what was expected of me to complete the order process. To which I was told to come in, present my driver's license, place a deposit, and it should be here with 8 to 12 weeks. I went in to the location to put down my deposit and was told that the system was down and that he couldn't complete my order because he couldn't find it. As he was looking at the screen I saw my name and pointed it out to him. "Oh.., my bad, I didn't see it.." was his reply. He then told me that his system wouldn't allow him to continue with the order.. Again I was looking at the screen and could see that he wasn't even attempting to move forward. He then told me he would give me a call that moment that the system was back up. That was Sept. 13th and as of today I have yet to hear from anyone from this dealership. I honestly believe that had my complexion been of a different tone this transaction would have already been completed... The mgr/owner was there in the store as well and let me leave without so much as a thank-you for coming in or an apology for the system break down. If you're a person of color as I am, I can tell you that you're better off going to a different location... Because this company is clearly not wanting to do business with anyone whom is not of the same ethnicity.
Service sets this store apart. I have purchased several Powersports vehicles over the years. Never have I had such an easy and pleasant buying experience. The staff at Johnny K’s answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect ATV for me at a great price.
This dealership provides exceptional service. The way that they take care of customers and make them fit in is like no other. One of the Sales Associates , Aiden , is wonderful to work with. He will help answer all of your questions, and just make you feel valued as a consumer. Thank you Johnny K!
below: I have purchased all my toys from either the former American Powersports and Johnny Ks. 2 Jet Skis, 4 Four Wheelers and Two dirtbikes. The service is incredible they always have taken care of me with excellent communication and a fair price. Ron is a great people person and is true to his word. I will continue to patronize both the Bedford and Elyria Stores. I have sent multiple friends and family members over the years who have made purchases and are extremely happy and I will continue to refer anyone to Johnny Ks.

I’d just started researching ATV’s after an amazing trip where I tried one out. I stopped in and the salesman Aiden was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’m very excited to return when I’m ready to purchase one this spring.
Quick and easy transaction. Aiden, Tina, the sales manager, the parts guy and the service guy were all very helpful. Will buy from there in the future.
