I like progressive but they don’t provide an email page to upload documents on time. I have the wrong one and I have a message from the general but not a real answer. I have call and I haven’t been able to send my document. I wish it was easier

Very pleased in switching over. Every time I called, I get a LIVE agent on the phone. That is MAJOR to me and shows Great Customer Service ! Take note for all you businesses that let automation take over..... You will slowly loose business

Progressive is a good company when it comes to customer service and good monthly payments but there road side Assistance is trash I waited over 5 hours for a tow truck  that never came for me SMH I was so angry  please fix that cause I was about to cancel but I know it's not yah fault fire company yah work with tho

Worst insurance company

Too expensive

I had the worst experience that anyone can have with this insurance, poor communication with the employees, they do not inform you well in many details, I ended up paying money that I could avoid paying if they saw me well informed, everything is nice when it starts to have you and after they have you, they do not know how to resolve the problems I am super disappointed now I have to pay more money
