My dog needs to be seen ASAP and they were able to get him in!! Great communication with me about test they were going to run and the cost. I was in the loop about everything they were doing. Very nice staff and Dr. D was very informative and thorough!
We started bringing our cats to YL Pet Care when Dr. Brar was the primary care doctor, and we loved how he took care of our animals. Now we have seen Dr. Dhanoa's care and kindness and are very happy with him and his staff. Dr. D has twice demonstrated great skill and expertise at treating wounds that our cats had suffered. He explained his recommendations for treatments but never tried to hard-sell things that were only optional. Because of that, I trust him fully and would not hesitate to follow his recommendations for medical care. He has great compassion for the animals and for people, too.
I have through few vet clinic for my dog checked up her dental problem. When I talk with Dr. Dhanoa I can tell that he is one who really cares my dog. He really cares it, not only for getting benefits. No wonder how could be so many pet parents already waiting at the outside of his clinic as early as 8:30 in the morning. No wonder I had decided to do the surgery for my dog even this clinic 20 miles away from me.
Dr. Dhanoa is an amazing and caring doctor. I don’t trust any other veterinarian with my German Shepherds.
You have found the best Vet and staff !! Dr. Dhanoa is a miracle worker! He has a true compassion and love for our animals! 2 times we thought we were going to loose one of our dogs, and Dr. Dhanoa and his staff opened their office and hearts and saved our dog! Great pricing, very affordable! Early morning or after hours, they are always their! Our pets are our kids, and this office treats them as if our pets were their very own! It is a true blessing not to worry about your pets when you leave them at the Dr's office!
Our first experience with Yorba Linda Pet Care Center was excellent. We were able to schedule an appointment within a day or two of calling in, felt that the vet's approach to our cat's care was based on clear experience and pragmatism, and appreciated how conscientious and proactive the staff were about discussing pricing of medications and procedures up front. Their COVID-19 policies, including masking and policies to minimize the number of bodies in the building at any given time, were greatly appreciated.
Dr. D was amazing! My cat has kidney disease and needed rehydration. He wasn't eating or drinking and we are traveling so far away from home and our regular vet. Dr. D did a wonderful job explaining everything to me as he was working on Jack. He took time to explain how this disease can effect a cat and recommended a different food to help his digestive system. I wish I lived in the area so that Dr. D was my regular vet! I highly recommend!
This place used to be good, but the vet cares about business more than the well-being of my pets. I paid for service, and was informed via email to wait a few days. I never received a response for several weeks, and when I finally gained contact, the vet admitted to negligence, went on vacation, and never followed up on anything that I paid for. He then lied to the bank, and disputed my transaction. I still never received any prescription, results, or any advice. If you want a place that cares for your pet more than your wallet, then don’t go here. Your pet deserves help from someone with a soul.
Have been going here for a while but sadly their service and customer care have dramatically declined as they got bigger. Manager is extremely rude, and their prices are much higher than other vets in the area. They are also always pushing for medicines and other services so be wary as it feels there’s always a pitch to sell more. Highly recommend shopping around. The vet is also too busy to spend time explaining or take questions or calls sadly. Found an amazing new vet
