Had to use the services twice, one was a full Package deal for my mom, went very smooth, second time was for cremation services and some paperwork, we dealt with Jason T., he was excellent, very patient, kind and answered all our questions, very knowledgeable, service was professional and prompt. York Funeral home has served our family many times over the years since the late 1980s. They are very caring professionals who work hard to meet the needs of the family. Their facility is well organized and the layout of the building works extremely well for visitations and funerals.

I have used the services of York Funeral Home for a family member and many of my customers have had me help them with a departed family members passing as well. I have had three family members who have had services here. The funeral directors have been great in all three funerals. They are well organized and the facility is well maintained. I was impressed by their professionalism as well. If you are considering them I would recommend.

They have no problems with breaking orders of the court. They took away my right to write my husband's obituary. Trashed mine. Illegally allowed someone else to write it. They took my $, they had no problems having me pay for it. Be careful with them. This funeral home decided that I wasn't "family." It took a year to get my $ back from paying for the obituary that I wrote for my husband that was never published. And I only got it refunded because I went to a federal level. They would have continued to ignore me if wasn't for that. The receptionist told me to get over what they did being that my husband had died "A long time ago." They're poor communicators over there. I had distinctly told them not to ask a thing of my husband's siblings. The funeral directors asked them for $ to help with funeral costs. Terrible people all around.

Been to a lot of funerals at York Funeral Home Last week we had a family member pass away. And the Funeral Dir literally lied to myself and family members. Not impressed after all these years we had services there and I highly recommended this place Never again. Not a good thing to do to a grieving family

In February of 2018 my Husband passed away We truely were treated awesome very kind and caring people Tom and Jean both were there for us during our time of grief thank you ..words can never say how thankful we were for such awesome people also thank you to Lester. Bill thank you for setting the date for our burial..

I took roses in to be placed with our family member. I gave them to the head worker and I was told that they were not even put out for the wake or funeral. That's not the only thing. I was very upset
